The Bulk Actions menu in the Product Catalog lets you apply changes across multiple products at once. Select the products you want to update, then click Bulk Actions to see the available options.

Actions are split into two groups: Editing (product data) and Listings (channel actions).

Editing Actions

Edit Product Attributes

Update one or more attribute values across all selected products at once.

Attribute types you can edit:

Product Property — core fields like Title, Price, Description, and more.
Current Warehouse — warehouse-level inventory fields
Custom Attribute — any custom attribute you've defined on your products

For text fields (e.g. Title), the action dropdown offers:

Set to — replaces the current value entirely
Add to start — prepends text to the existing value
Add to end — appends text to the existing value
Delete value — clears the field

For number fields (e.g. Price) you can:

Set an exact value
Increase/decrease by an absolute or percentage amount
Round up to end in .99

Additional options:

Only update empty attributes — skips products that already have a value in the selected field, so you only fill in missing data without overwriting anything
Include variations — applies the change to variation child SKUs as well as the parent product

Save Options:

Save changes to catalog only — updates the Catalog without touching live listings
Save changes to catalog and revise linked listings — updates the Catalog and immediately pushes the change to all linked channel listings

Edit Product Categories

Assign or change the internal 3Dsellers category for all selected products.

Type a category name and press Enter to create a new one on the fly
Enable Include variations to apply the category to child SKUs as well

Edit Product Tags

Add or remove tags across all selected products in one action.

Select one or more tags from the dropdown
Choose Add Tags or Remove Tags

Useful for organizing products into groups for filtering, bulk actions, or reporting.

Find and Replace

Search for a specific text value in an attribute and replace it across all selected products.

Attribute — choose which field to search in (e.g. Title, Description)
Find — enter the text to look for
Replace with — enter the new text
Match case — makes the search case-sensitive
Whole word only — only matches the exact word, not partial matches
Include variations — also applies the replacement to variation child SKUs

Same Save Options apply: save to catalog only, or save and revise linked listings.

Copy Values Between Attributes

Copy the value from one attribute into another across all selected products in bulk.

Copy the attribute values from attribute — select the source field
To attribute — select the destination field

Additional Settings:

Add to start / Add to end — instead of replacing the destination value entirely, you can prepend or append the copied value to what's already there. Optionally type a prefix/suffix in the text box next to it (e.g. add " - " before the copied text)
Only update empty attributes — skips products that already have a value in the destination field
Include variations — applies the copy to variation child SKUs as well

Useful for example to copy a Description into a Short Description field, or to mirror a custom attribute into a standard product property.

Same Save Options apply.

Set Warehouse Inventory

Bulk-update the stock quantity for a specific warehouse across all selected products.

Choose the warehouse to update from the dropdown
Set Quantity to — overwrites the current stock with a fixed number
Increase quantity by — adds to the existing stock level (increase or decrease)
Include variations — applies the change to variation child SKUs as well

⚠️ The system will only update or add the selected warehouse to the products — it will not remove other warehouses from them.

Remove Warehouse from Products

Removes a warehouse assignment (and its associated quantity) from all selected products.

Select the warehouse(s) to remove
Enable Include variations to also remove the warehouse from child SKUs

Three removal modes:

Remove warehouse(s) and inventory — deletes the warehouse and its quantity from the product entirely
Remove the warehouse(s) and transfer inventory to another warehouse — moves the stock to a different warehouse before removing
Remove the warehouse(s) and override inventory in another warehouse — replaces the target warehouse's quantity with the removed warehouse's quantity

⚠️ This action cannot be undone and will not apply to bundle products.

Export to CSV

Exports the selected products to a CSV file. You choose which fields to include — or click Add All Fields to export everything.

Once generated, you'll be redirected to the Export Files tab where you can download the file.

Export Bundles to CSV

Same as Export to CSV but scoped specifically to bundle products. Exports the bundle structure and its component SKUs so you can review or edit bundle configurations externally.

Remove Products from Catalog

Permanently removes the selected products from the 3Dsellers Catalog.

⚠️ This does not end or delete the listings on your sales channels — it only removes the product record from the 3Dsellers Catalog. The channel listings remain active and unaffected.

Listings Actions

Revise Product Listings

Pushes full product data (title, description, item specifics, images, etc.) from the Catalog to the linked listings on your sales channels.

Only linked listings are updated by default. You can optionally include unlinked listings in the confirmation popup.

Revise Listings Inventory

Pushes only the quantity from the Catalog to the linked listings on your channels — without updating any other listing fields.

Revise Listings Price

Pushes only the price from the Catalog to the linked listings — without updating any other listing fields.

Link / Unlink Products from Listings

Controls whether a Catalog product is connected to its corresponding channel listing.

Link — connects the product to the listing. Catalog changes will update the listing according to your channel settings.
Unlink — disconnects the product from the listing. The listing becomes independent and Catalog changes will no longer affect it.

Select the channel from the dropdown before clicking Link or Unlink.

ℹ️ Inventory updates can still sync to unlinked listings depending on your channel settings.
