Overview

Publishing products to channels in 3Dsellers allows you to create listings on your connected marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) directly from your Product Catalog.

You can publish products individually or in bulk, configure listing settings, apply mapping templates, and set up policies for each publication. Once published, products become live listings on the selected channels, and you can manage them centrally from your catalog.

So after creating products in your catalog, the next step is publishing them to your connected marketplaces.

You can publish individually or in bulk.

If you haven’t created products yet, start here:

📦 Publishing Options

You can publish:

  • 🧍 A single product

  • 📦 Multiple products (bulk publishing)

Note: Products that already have listings in the selected channel will be skipped automatically.

🧍 Publishing a Single Product

From Product Page

  1. Go to Products

  2. Open a product

  3. Click Publish to Channel

  4. The Publish modal will open

From Product Table

  1. Go to Products → All Products

  2. Select a product checkbox

  3. Click Publish To Channel

📦 Bulk Publishing

  1. Go to Products → All Products

  2. Select multiple products

  3. Click Publish To Channel

The publish modal will open showing how many products are selected.

Tip: Use filters before selecting products.

⚙️ Configure Publish Settings

Inside the Publish modal:

🏪 1. Select Channel (Required)

Choose the marketplace you want to publish to.

Only one channel at a time.

🗂 2. Select Mapping Template (Required)

The mapping template defines how your catalog data maps to channel fields.

🤖 3. AI Autofill (Optional)

Enable to automatically fill missing required listing fields.

Recommended if product data is incomplete.

AI will generate missing required listing fields based on your product data, saving them to attributes and adding them to the mapping template. To view or edit AI generated listing details, preview your product within the selected mapping template.

Note: If your product lacks sufficient data, AI won't be able to generate listing details.

💳 4. Listing Policies

Select:

  • Payment Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Return Policy

Policies must exist in your channel account.

Policies are required by some channels like eBay and Etsy.

🎨 5. Listing Design (Optional)

Here you can choose to assign an HTML design template from
the listing designer to your eBay product description.

  • If this setting is off, your product description will be sent as-is. If it already contains an HTML template, it will be published with it.

  • If this setting is on, your product description will be added as plain text into the selected design template.

🔗 Link to Catalog (Recommended)

  • Link - Changes made in 3Dsellers products catalog will update all linked listings - according to the selected channel settings.

  • Unlinked - Changes made in 3Dsellers products catalog will not affect or update unlinked listings.

📊 Set Up-to-Quantity

The "up to quantity" setting means that we will send a specific quantity value to the channel based on your product inventory. If your inventory exceeds the set value, we will send the set value.

If it falls below, we will send the actual quantity. For example, if you have 4 units in stock and set the maximum quantity to 2, 3Dsellers will display 2 as your product quantity on the channel.

  2. Click Publish as Live

Publishing may take a few minutes depending on quantity.
