Creating a product in the 3Dsellers Products Catalog allows you to build your master product database and publish to multiple selling channels from one central location.

Once created, products can be published to marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and more.

🚀 Step 1: Access the Product Creation Page

  1. Go to Products from the left sidebar

  2. Click All Products (or any segment)

  3. Click New Product (top right)

The Create Product page will open.

🧭 Product Creation Workflow

The product page is divided into sections accessible from the left-side navigation panel.

You can complete them in any order, but we recommend the following sequence:

🖼 1. Media

Upload product images:

  • Drag & drop files

  • Or click to upload

✔ Multiple images supported
✔ First image becomes the primary image

High-quality images improve marketplace performance.

The Media section allows you to manage and organize your product images with the following tools:

  • Drag & Sort – Easily rearrange image order by dragging images into your preferred sequence. The first image will be used as the main product image on marketplaces.

  • Image Editor – Make quick adjustments directly within the platform (such as cropping or basic edits) before publishing.

  • Watermark – Apply a watermark to protect your product images and maintain brand consistency across channels.

These tools help ensure your images are optimized, properly ordered, and marketplace-ready before listing.

📝 2. General Details (Required)

Enter your core product information:

Required Fields

  • Product Title

  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)

  • Additional Channels Specs – Channel-specific fields like GPSR and Vehicle Compatibilities.

  • Custom Attributes – Custom business fields

Note: Some fields — such as Vehicle Compatibility — will appear dynamically depending on the Catalog Category selected for the product. If the category does not support compatibilities, those fields will not be displayed.

🏷️ Custom Attributes

Custom Attributes work like item specifics that can be added to a product.

They allow you to store and manage additional product details that may be required by specific marketplaces or used internally by your business.

You can:

  • Add new custom attributes manually

  • Store marketplace-specific fields (such as condition, policies, categories, etc.)

  • Save extra product data not included in the standard product fields

These attributes help ensure your listings meet channel requirements while keeping all product data centralized in one place.

🤖 AI Generation Available

Some product fields — such as Title, Subtitle, Description, Bullet Points — support AI generation.

When available, you’ll see an AI / Generate button next to the field.

You can use it to:

  • Automatically generate product titles

  • Create optimized descriptions

  • Improve or expand existing content

AI helps ensure your product content is clear, complete, and marketplace-ready.
You can edit the generated content before saving.
