Getting Started with Order Manager

The 3Dsellers Order Manager centralizes orders from all connected marketplaces into one dashboard, allowing you to filter, manage, automate, and analyze orders efficiently using bulk actions, tracking tools, and insights.

Overview

The Order Manager is the heart of order operations in 3Dsellers. It consolidates orders from all connected marketplaces—such as eBay, Amazon, and others—into one unified dashboard, giving sellers full visibility and control over fulfillment, communication, and post-sale actions.

With powerful filtering, segmentation, bulk actions, and automation tools, Order Manager helps you save time, reduce errors, and scale efficiently.


Accessing the Order Manager

Steps:

  1. Log in to your 3Dsellers account.

  2. From the left sidebar, click Orders or Orders & Disputes.

  3. The Order Manager dashboard opens, displaying orders from the account(s) selected.

📌 Note: If no orders appear, confirm that your marketplace accounts are properly connected and actively syncing.

Understanding the Order Manager Interface

The Order Manager interface is designed for speed and clarity.

Key Interface Areas

  • Left Sidebar – Order segments, tools, and navigation

  • Marketplace Account Selector – Filter orders by account

  • Action Bar – Filters, bulk actions, printing, and manual order creation

  • Search Bar – Search by Order ID, Item ID, Buyer Username and more

  • Order Table – Displays order data and quick actions

Order Segments

Order segments allow you to group orders by status or workflow.

Default Segments

  • All – All orders

  • Pending Shipment – Paid but not shipped

  • Returns – Returned orders

  • Pending Cancellation – Orders awaiting cancellation

  • Return Process – Active returns

Creating Custom Order Segments

Custom segments help tailor the Order Manager to your business processes.

Steps:

  1. Scroll to Custom Segments in the left sidebar.

  2. Click + Add New Segment.

  3. Define from where you want to create the segment:

    • All orders

    • Pending Shipment

    • Returns

    • Pending Cancellations

    • Return Process

    • Or based on selected filters

  4. Name the segment and click Save.

📌 Best practice: Create segments such as High-value orders, Delayed shipments, or Refund follow-ups.


Selecting Marketplace Accounts

Use the account selector to focus on specific stores.

How to filter:

  1. Click the dropdown at the top (e.g. eBay – All eBay accounts).

  2. Select a specific marketplace account.

  3. Orders update automatically.

Filtering Orders

Filters allow precise control over large order volumes.

Steps:

  1. Click + Add Filter in the action bar.

  2. Choose a category:

Filter Categories

  • Order Details: Seller, Buyer ID, Order ID, Transaction ID, Status, Dates, Refund Total, Order Price, Quantity, Buyer Notes, Feedback, Tags, Teammates

  • Case Statuses: Inquiries, Returns, Cancellations

  • Shipping Details: Carrier, Tracking Number, Shipping Status

  • & more

  1. Add one or multiple filters.

Additionally: you can create custom segments with filter that can be saved.

Searching Orders

Use the search bar for fast lookups. Search is case-insensitive, supports partial matches, and works alongside filters.

Supported searches:

  • Order ID

  • Item ID

  • Buyer name

  • & more

Viewing Order Details

In the Actions column, click any order row to open the Order Details modal.

What You’ll See

  • Order Information: IDs, dates, status, record number

  • Buyer Information: Username, name, shipping address

  • Shipping Details: Service, cost, date

  • Warehouse Quantities: SKU, warehouse, bin, available stock

  • Transaction Items: Item ID, SKU, quantity, tags, images

  • Order Log: Full chronological event history

From here you can:

  • View Order on the selected marketplace

  • Send a message to the buyer


Order Synchronization

Orders sync automatically from connected marketplaces.

How Sync Works

  • Orders import when created or updated

  • Status and payment updates sync automatically

  • All channels appear in one dashboard

📌 Tip: You can click to sync new orders from all selling channels.


Note: Orders from eBay and Shopify are always synced. All other channels sync every 15 minutes.


Action Bar & Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions

Select multiple orders to:

  • Download Orders CSV

  • Mark as Shipped

  • Send Messages

  • Add / Remove Tags

  • Add / Change Tracking Numbers

  • Assign Orders to Teammates

  • Send eBay Invoice

Print Options

Generate:

  • Invoices

  • Packing Slips

  • Pick Lists

  • SKU Labels

Create Manual Orders

Use Create Manual Order for:

  • Offline sales

  • Phone orders

  • Custom fulfillment scenarios

Note: to see created manual orders you need to select the Manual Account: 3Dsellers in the account dropdown.

Working with Order Tags

Tags help categorize and prioritize orders.

  • Add: Click Add tag

  • Remove: Click the X

  • Filter: Use the Tag filter

Use consistent tags like urgent, refund, VIP, follow-up.


Pagination & Navigation

  • Control orders per page (e.g. 50/page)

  • Navigate pages using arrows at the bottom

Troubleshooting

Orders Not Showing

  • Verify marketplace connections

  • Check account selector

  • Switch to All segment

  • Clear filters

  • Refresh the page

  • Click to clear the table cache

Order Data Outdated

  • Refresh page

  • Clear table cache

  • Compare with marketplace view

Bulk Actions Disabled

  • Select at least one order

  • Check order status eligibility


Validations & Constraints

  • Orders sync only from connected marketplaces

  • Some actions depend on order status

  • Sync frequency depends on marketplace APIs, sometime it can face slightly delays.

  • Custom segments have criteria limits
