Orders Filters
Filters allow you to narrow down orders based on specific criteria such as order status, shipping details, buyer information, or item data.
If you’re new to Order Manager or want a general overview of the interface, we recommend starting with Getting Started with Order Manager before diving into filters and segments.
How to Add a Filter
Go to Orders → All Orders.
Click + Add Filter at the top of the orders table.
Choose a filter category and then select the desired condition.
Apply the filter to instantly update the order list.
You can apply multiple filters at the same time to create more precise views (for example: Order status = Cancelled + Shipping date = Today).

Once the results look correct, click Create New Segment.
Enter a segment name.
Click Save.
Your new segment will appear under Custom Segments in the left panel.
Using Custom Segments
Click any segment name to instantly load its saved filters.
The order list will refresh automatically based on the segment rules.

Pin important segments to keep them at the top
Reorder segments using drag & drop or sorting
Edit segment filters
Delete segments you no longer need
Practical Examples
Cancelled Orders: Create a segment where Order Status = Cancelled.
Orders to Pack: Filter by Shipping Status = Not Shipped and save it as a segment.
Refund Monitoring: Use Refund Total > 0 to track refunded orders.
Tips & Best Practices
Use segments for workflows you check daily.
Combine filters + segments to reduce manual work.
Keep segment names short and descriptive for easier navigation.
By using filters, search, and custom segments together, you can manage large order volumes faster and with greater accuracy.
