How to open Quick Edit
In Listings, select the items you want to edit with the checkboxes on the left of your items.
Then, click the Bulk Actions menu button and select Quick Edit.
Pro Tip: Use Filters to hone-in on certain items.
Quick Edit Options
There are four groups of listing data to choose from, each with options to edit certain data:
2) Inventory
Enable the checkbox next to each setting you want to edit:
Price and Selling Details
Edit the sales and pricing details of your items.
Price
increase or decrease prices by a set amount, or percent,
set all pricing to a specific value, and
round all prices' decimals to .99
Wholesale Price
Set the Wholesale Price of an item to a fixed amount.
Best Offer
Enable/ disable Best Offer,
and configure accept & decline settings.
Private Listing
Enable/ disable Private Listing
Inventory
Bulk edit your inventory and Inventory Control settings.
Quantity
Increase or decrease the quantity by a certain amount,
set the quantities to a specific value, and
make eBay Quantity equal to your Warehouse Inventory
Warehouse Inventory
Increase or decrease the quantity by a certain amount,
set the quantities to a specific value, and
make your Warehouse Inventory equal to eBay Quantity
Inventory Control
Enable or disable Inventory Control on items.
Category and Condition
Bulk edit the eBay category, store category, and condition of your items.
Categories
Change all selected item's eBay category, and
edit eBay Store category (if subscribed to eBay Store)
Item Condition
Bulk update item conditions, and
bulk edit the condition note.
Package and Location
Bulk edit the location of your item and the shipping package settings.
Location
Change the location details of the items on eBay.
(location is used for eBay's estimated delivery time)
Package Settings
Bulk change package types, and
edit the measurement system.
Pro Tip: Can be used when copying listings to other eBay marketplaces or CSV imports.
