Bulk Save Images to Library – eBay Listings

Save listing photos from multiple eBay listings into your 3Dsellers Image Hosting library in one bulk action — to back up, reuse, and manage your product images centrally.

Written by Karolina Santiago

The Save Images to Library bulk action saves the photos from your selected listings directly into your 3Dsellers Image Hosting library — making them available to reuse across other listings, templates, or future imports.

Go to Listings Manager, select the listings you want, then click Bulk Actions → Save Images to Library. Then click Save Images to confirm.

How images are saved

  • Images are saved using the listing's SKU as the file name

  • If the listing has no SKU, the listing title is used as the file name instead

Where to find saved images

Once saved, images are accessible from Listings Manager → Image Hosting.

From there you can browse, manage, and reuse images across your listings, CSV imports, and listing templates.

Why use this

  • Back up your listing photos in one place

  • Reuse images when creating new listings or drafts

  • Host images reliably — 3Dsellers image hosting keeps your photos available even if eBay removes them from their CDN

  • Once images are saved to the library, you can bulk-assign them to your Drafts using the Image Assign bulk action — useful when migrating listings or creating new drafts from scratch
