The Replace Images bulk action lets you replace the photos on multiple eBay listings at once. This is a full replace and override — all existing images on the selected listings will be removed and replaced with the new ones you upload.
Go to Listings Manager, select the listings you want to update, then click Bulk Actions → Replace Images.
How to use it
You have three ways to add the replacement images:
Upload photo from computer — select image files from your device
Upload photo from URL — paste a direct image URL
Image Gallery — select images from your 3Dsellers Image Hosting library
Once you've added the images, click Apply to replace the photos on all selected listings.
eBay image requirements
Minimum size: 500 × 500 pixels
Maximum size: 9,000 × 9,000 pixels
Maximum file size: 12 MB
eBay allows up to 24 images per listing
Important
⚠️ This action replaces and deletes all existing images on the selected listings. It is not an "add" action — any photos already on those listings will be permanently removed. Make sure the images you upload are the complete set you want on those listings.
