CSV Import Template
Note: The listings in the template are format-ready to publish to US eBay site.
The Import Template Includes 8 rows:
Row 1 contains the CSV fields (column headers)

Pro tip: Your column headers do not need to match ours. (see step 2)
Row 2 is an Auction listing

Row 3 is a Fixed-Price listing

Rows 4-8 is a variation listing - Learn Variation CSV Format

Pro Tips: It may help to edit the template's item data before creating your own from scratch.
Formatting Requirements:
Follow these SKU tips to ensure a smooth upload:
Each listing & variation must have a unique SKU.
If a Draft already uses an SKU in your CSV, the Draft will be replaced.
CSV files must:
✔️ be saved as a plain CSV,
✔️ use comma-separated delimiters
❌ not include auto-formatted numbers (if using Excel),
Accepted CSV values:
Use the list of CSV fields to reference the correct values.
Step 1 - Upload your CSV
In the Upload CSV tab,
Click the Import button:

In the pop-up, click the "Choose a CSV.." button and select your file.

What does the Find Category button do?
Use the Find Category IDs button to retrieve eBay category IDs for your CSV. Learn More
Step 2 - Map Your CSV
Verify that our import fields match your CSV's column headers.
(A) If your column headers are different than our Import Fields, choose the Product Attribute (column header) in your CSV containing the relevant data.
(B) If any cell data is missing, set a fallback value to use for all items that don't have the data.

Pro tip: Use Fallback to set the same Product Attribute for all listings without including it in your CSV:
Select the Don't Import button for the attribute, and the Fallback will be applied to all listings.
Step 3: Import & Publish
Click Start Import to begin importing the listings to your 3Dsellers Drafts.

Note: Depending on the number of items, description lengths, photos, image host, etc., it may take time for our system to process the CSV with eBay.
Visit your 3Dsellers Drafts.
Make any changes to your items (if needed)
then, select all of your imported items and click the List to eBay button:

In the preceding pop-up,
select the eBay Business Policies you want to use,
then set your preferences for your items:

After clicking Apply to eBay, your items will be published to your eBay account.
