Automatic Bulk Compatibility CSV fields

There are two ways to add vehicles to your compatibility lists in bulk: copy from other listings or use a K-type number (for select countries).

CopyCarCompatibility

Enter the Item ID of any eBay listing with a compatibility list. The entire list will be copied to the listing.

Notes:

Copying compatibility lists may slow processing time.
Do not use other compatibility fields on the same row.
If the copied eBay listing's compatibility list contains vehicle values that eBay does not recognize, then no cars from the list will be copied.

Enter the TecDoc K-type number to add compatible vehicles to the eBay listing automatically.

K type can only be used if the eBay Site for the account on 3Dsellers is Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, or Spain.
Do not use other compatibility fields on the same row.

If a field's value is wrapped in {brackets}, the system will either search and/or select multiple values (depending on the field).

Ensure these fields remain fixed (no brackets). They cannot search or select multiple cars.

Select multiple years in sequence - Insert a dash between the first and last year:
{YEAR-YEAR}
Select multiple individual years - Insert a comma between each year:
{YEAR,YEAR}

Select all values (for the previous Make, Model, and Year) - Enter exactly:
{ALL}
Search - Enter a search term and all the values that match will be selected.
{SEARCH TEXT}
Search multiple text values - Enter multiple search terms separated by a comma:
{SEARCHTEXT,SEARCHTEXT}

Notes:

Use eBay's car value format to add or delete vehicles from an item's compatibility list.

Create one row for each vehicle that you'll add. Include the Item ID or SKU with each row.

The cell values that are used to add vehicles is the same format as eBay Seller Hub CSVs.

Note: eBay needs to recognize the exact spelling of vehicle details. Adding the compatibility value will fail if the value does not match eBay.

To remove a vehicle compatibility value from an eBay listing, include the DeleteCarCompatibility column header. Set the row's value to TRUE.
