Overview of the CSV Bulk Update Process

The 3Dsellers platform allows you to bulk update variation images using a CSV file. This requires an explicit mapping of your eBay variation identifiers to the respective image URLs. Follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your CSV File:

    • Include a column for variation identifiers such as SKU or variation specifics (e.g., size, color).

    • Add a corresponding column for the image URLs.

  2. Upload the CSV:

    • Access the CSV update tool in 3Dsellers.

    • Navigate to the bulk update section for variations.

    • Upload the CSV file and ensure proper field mapping to match the variation identifiers to the images.

  3. Enable Relevant Options:

    • Ensure that the correct settings for updating variations are enabled to apply the images to the intended listings correctly.

Mapping variation images requires a few column headers and values. For quick reference, these are the basic variation image column headers: An important clarification is that the platform does not automatically assign images to variations based on image filenames or SKUs, and explicit mapping through a CSV file is required.

  • VariationImageOption

  • VariationImageValue1

  • VariationImage1_1
