There are two different kinds of notes, one in a conversation, and one for the buyer.
Notes in conversations
This note displays a reply that only you and your team can see.
Use the Note tab in the reply area to write and add a note:
Notes for buyers
Buyer notes display with the buyer's order details and transaction history on every conversation you have with them.
On the right side of your message, under Order Details, use the User Notes section to leave notes and comments. (This saves automatically)
