How to Mention a teammate
When replying to a conversation, switch over to the Notes tab:
Mention a teammate (or yourself) by typing the @ sign.
A drop down list will appear.
You can continue typing the teammate's name,
or select a teammate by clicking on their name.
Getting notified & viewing mentions
Once someone mentions you, a notification will appear in your Mentions filter:
This works the same way for your Teammates. If they get mentioned, they will receive their own personalized Mentions.
