How to add internal notes to your support tickets and buyers

You and your team can save time by leaving notes directly in a support ticket conversation for questions & important buyer/conversation info

Leave notes for yourself or your teammates with any questions or info you need for that ticket.

You can even mention (tag) teammates in your notes for easy communications:


Writing a note:

There are two different kinds of notes, one in a conversation, and one for the buyer. 

Notes in conversations

This note displays a reply that only you and your team can see. 

  • Use the Note tab in the reply area to write and add a note:

Notes for buyers

Buyer notes display with the buyer's order details and transaction history on every conversation you have with them.

  • On the right side of your message, under Order Details, use the User Notes section to leave notes and comments. (This saves automatically)
