Assigning support tickets to your teammates is important for group-focused work environments.

Once a support ticket is assigned to a teammate, it will be filtered under their name on the Left Menu:

You have a few options when assigning tickets to your teammates:


Option 1: Assign Individual Tickets to Teammates

  • When viewing your inbox, click on the icon in the cell for Assign To and select a teammate from the drop down list:

  • OR, you can also assign a ticket within the conversation thread (message viewer):

Option 2: Assign Tickets in Bulk 

  • Choose multiple tickets with the checkboxes on the left of each ticket.
  • then select a assign a teammate with the Assign button/menu near the top of your inbox.
