Orders Bulk Actions – Overview

Manage multiple orders efficiently with bulk actions. Learn how to update tracking, send messages, assign teammates, and streamline order processing across marketplaces.

The Bulk Actions feature allows you to perform actions on multiple orders at once, saving time and streamlining your workflow.

You can access bulk actions from:
Orders → Select orders → Bulk Actions

⚠️ Important:
Available bulk actions may vary depending on the marketplace/account selected in the accounts dropdown.


Available Bulk Actions:

1) Download Orders CSV

Exports selected orders into a CSV file for reporting, analysis, or external processing.

  • Includes order details such as items, buyer info, tags, and more

  • Useful for reporting, bookkeeping, or external workflows

  • Can be combined with filters or segments for targeted exports

2) Mark as Shipped

Marks selected orders as shipped.

  • You can optionally include tracking details

  • Updates order status on the marketplace


3) Send Messages

Send a message to multiple buyers at once via the marketplace messaging system.

Options include:

  • Message type selection

  • Subject and message content

  • Avoid duplicate messages to repeat buyers

  • Option to send separate messages per item


4) Tags

Add or remove tags for selected orders.

Useful for:

  • Organizing workflows

  • Filtering orders later

  • Internal categorization


5) Add / Change Tracking Numbers

Add or update tracking information for multiple orders.

  • Assign carrier and tracking number

  • Supports multiple orders at once


6) Assign Orders to Teammate

Assign selected orders to a team member.

Useful for:

  • Workflow management

  • Delegating fulfillment or support tasks


7) Remove Teammate from Orders

Removes the assigned teammate from selected orders.


8) Update Pick Status

Update the picking status for selected orders.

Options include:

  • Picked

  • Not Picked

Used in warehouse workflows to track fulfillment progress.


9) Send eBay Invoice (eBay only)

Send invoices to buyers directly through eBay.

⚠️ This option is available only for eBay accounts and orders that are Unpaid.


Notes & Best Practices

  • Bulk actions apply only to selected orders

  • Always verify selected orders before applying actions

  • Some actions (like messaging or tagging) cannot be easily undone

  • Marketplace limitations may affect behavior (e.g., messaging rules)
