The Report Center allows you to generate customizable CSV reports for your listings, orders, ads, cases, and products. Some reports are available across all supported sales channels (such as eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and more), while others are eBay-specific and pull advanced data directly from eBay.

All reports can be generated manually or scheduled to run automatically, making it easy to build recurring reporting workflows for your business.

Accessing the Report Center

You can access the Report Center in two ways:

From the main menu

  1. Go to Reports

From Listings or Orders (Export to CSV)

Both the Listings and Orders pages include an Export to CSV option in the Bulk Actions menu.

⚠️ Important: Clicking Export to CSV does not automatically generate a report.
Instead, it redirects you to the Report Center, where you can:

  • Review and adjust filters

  • Choose fields

  • Schedule the report

  • Generate it manually or save it as a template

This ensures full control over the exported data before any CSV is created.

Multi-channel vs. eBay-specific reports

Not all reports behave the same way. Availability depends on the report type.

✅ Multi-channel reports (all connected sales channels)

These reports are available for all sales channels connected to 3Dsellers, including eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and others.

3Dsellers Listings Report

  • Exports listing data as it exists inside 3Dsellers

  • Useful for internal workflows and operational exports

  • Includes fewer fields than the eBay Listings Report

📌 Best for: cross-channel operations and internal reporting.

Orders Report

  • Exports order data across all connected channels

  • Includes order details, buyer info, shipping data, items, and quantities

  • Can be generated manually or scheduled automatically

📌 Best for: fulfillment, accounting, and sales tracking across channels.

📦 Products Report (Products Catalog only)

The Products Report exports data from the Products Catalog.

Important notes:

  • Available only to sellers with access to the Products Catalog

  • Exports catalog-level product data, not listings

  • Not tied to a specific sales channel

📌 Best for: sellers managing centralized product data and inventory sources.

🔵 eBay-only reports

These reports are available only for eBay channels, as they rely on eBay-specific APIs and data.

eBay Listings Report (Recommended)

The eBay Listings Report provides the most comprehensive listing data available.

It allows you to:

  • Export advanced eBay listing information

  • Include item specifics, categories, policies, pricing, inventory, images, and variations

  • Apply detailed filters and date ranges

  • Schedule automated exports

📌 Best for: deep listing analysis and advanced eBay reporting.

eBay Ads Report

The eBay Ads Report provides detailed insights into your advertising performance.

You can:

  • Choose date ranges

  • Select report sub-types (such as Campaign Performance)

  • Filter by funding model (e.g. Cost Per Sale)

  • Select metrics, dimensions, and campaigns

  • Schedule recurring reports and email delivery

📌 Best for: monitoring campaign performance and ad spend.

Cases Report

The Cases Report allows you to export eBay case and dispute data, helping you track issue resolution and seller performance.

📌 Best for: support and account health monitoring.

Creating and generating a report

  1. Go to Report Center

  2. Click Create Report

  3. Choose the report type

  4. Configure:

    • Filters and date ranges

    • Fields to include

    • Optional data (item specifics, images, variations, etc.)

  5. Click Save & Generate to run the report immediately

Reports are generated as CSV files and can be downloaded under the Report History tab once ready.

Scheduling reports (automations)

All report types support automation and scheduling.

You can:

  • Run reports once, daily, weekly, or monthly

  • Choose the time and timezone

  • Automatically email reports to one or more recipients

  • Save configurations as reusable templates

📌 Scheduling is ideal for:

  • Weekly listings audits

  • Daily order exports

  • Advertising performance tracking

  • Inventory and pricing monitoring

Report templates

Any report configuration can be saved as a report template.

Templates allow you to:

  • Reuse filters and selected fields

  • Generate reports faster

  • Use templates as the base for automated schedules

Templates can be managed directly from the Report Center.

Report History

The Reports History tab allows you to view, manage, and download reports that were generated within the last 90 days. This section provides visibility into both manually generated reports and automated (scheduled) reports.

What you can see in Reports History

Each entry in the history table includes:

  • User – who created or triggered the report

  • Creation date & time (with timezone)

  • Report type (Listings, Orders, Ads, Products, etc.)

  • Channel (eBay, Shopify, Amazon, or All, depending on report type)

  • File name

  • Status – for example:

    • Done successfully

    • Error occurred

    • Has not run

This helps you track report activity and quickly identify any issues.

Available actions

From the CSV Actions column, you can:

  • Download the generated CSV file

  • Retry generating a report if an error occurred

  • Delete a report from the history list

  • Copy or share the report link (when available)

These actions make it easy to manage report outputs without recreating the report configuration.

Best practices

  • Use eBay Listings Report for the most complete eBay data.

  • Use 3Dsellers Listings Report for lighter, cross-channel exports.

  • Remember that Export to CSV opens the Report Center — it does not auto-generate a report.

  • Schedule recurring reports instead of running the same exports manually.

  • Save frequently used setups as templates.
