To start using 3Dsellers, you first need to connect your selling channel(s) to your workspace. Once connected, 3Dsellers can sync your listings, orders, and messages (depending on the tools you use) so you can manage everything from one place.

Where to Connect Channels
Log in to your 3Dsellers account.
Go to Settings → Integrations
You’ll see a list of available selling channels.
Click the channel logo you want to connect and follow the on-screen steps.
Tip: You can connect more than one channel. If you sell in multiple regions (like different eBay marketplaces), connect each region separately for full sync.
Connecting Your eBay Account
From Settings → Integrations, click the eBay logo.
Click Add eBay Account.
A new eBay window will open asking you to log in.
Sign in to the eBay account you want to connect and approve access.
When you see a success confirmation, your account is connected and your listings will begin syncing.
Important: Make sure you are logged out of eBay first (or in the correct eBay account) before starting the connection. This prevents linking the wrong store.
Connecting Your Amazon Marketplace
On the Integrations page, click the Amazon logo.
Select Add Amazon Account.
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Approve permissions when prompted.
Once complete, your Amazon marketplace will show as connected.
Connecting Your Etsy Shop
From Integrations, select the Etsy logo.
Click Add Etsy Account.
Log in to Etsy when the authorization pop-up opens.
Grant access to 3Dsellers.
After confirmation, your Etsy shop will sync automatically.
Connecting Your Shopify Store
Click the Shopify logo on the Integrations page.
If you already have a Shopify account, select Add Shopify Account, marked in red below, if you need to create an account, you can use the Open a New Shopify Account button.
Shopify will ask you to login in the account you want to connect
Shopify will ask you to approve the connection.
When approved, your store will be added and synced.
Connecting Your BigCommerce Store
Select the BigCommerce logo in Integrations.
Click Add BigCommerce Account.
Log in to your BigCommerce admin when prompted.
Approve the permission request.
Your BigCommerce catalog will begin syncing to 3Dsellers.
Connecting Your WooCommerce Store
1. OAuth Integration
Choose WooCommerce from Integrations.
Click Add WooCommerce Account.
Enter your WooCommerce site URL.
Approve the connection on your WooCommerce side.
Once confirmed, your store appears as connected.
2. OAuth Integration
If OAuth connection doesn’t work for your store, you can connect WooCommerce manually using API keys.
Before you start
Make sure you have access to your WooCommerce admin panel so you can generate API credentials (Consumer Key & Consumer Secret).
How to connect WooCommerce manually
Go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce Accounts.
Click Add WooCommerce Account.
In the “Add Store” popup, open the Manual tab.
Fill in the fields:
Store URL — your WooCommerce store domain (example:
https://yourstore.com)Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
If you don’t have API keys yet, click Generate API keys in the popup.
This will take you to WooCommerce where you can create a new key pair.
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from WooCommerce and paste them into 3Dsellers.
Click Add Store to complete the connection.
Once connected, your WooCommerce products and orders will begin syncing to 3Dsellers automatically.
Tips if connection fails
Double-check that your Store URL includes
https://Make sure the API keys were created with read/write permissions in WooCommerce
If your store uses extra security plugins/firewalls, allow WooCommerce REST API access
Connecting Your Walmart Store
From Integrations, click Walmart.
Select Add Walmart Account and click to Add
On the next step we will redirect you to Walmart.
Approve access.
After success confirmation, Walmart will sync into your 3Dsellers workspace.
❓ FAQ & Troubleshooting Tips
👉 What Happens After You Connect a Channel?
After a channel is connected:
Your listings start syncing into 3Dsellers.
Sync time depends on catalog size (large stores can take longer).
You can monitor progress inside your Listings area.
Once synced, you can use 3Dsellers tools to manage listings, inventory, and/or customer messages (depending on your plan).
👉 Do I need to connect multiple eBay regions?
Yes — if you sell in more than one eBay marketplace, it’s important to connect each region you sell in. If a region isn’t connected, listings and orders from that marketplace may not sync into 3Dsellers, which can lead to missing or incomplete data.
You can add all regions you sell in (US, UK, DE, AU, etc.).
Connecting multiple regions for the same account is free and unlimited, you will only pay for each account connected and not its regions.
👉 What about selling car parts or accessories?
Be sure to connect eBay Motors separately instead of only eBay US. Motors uses a specialized marketplace structure, and adding it ensures your Motors listings sync correctly and have access to all motors features.
👉 Is it safe to connect and manage multiple eBay accounts in 3Dsellers?
Yes. Once your accounts are linked to 3Dsellers, managing them through our platform is safe.
When connecting multiple eBay accounts, just make sure to avoid linking them from the same browser/session. We recommend either:
1) Use a different computer to connect each eBay account,
or
2) If using the same device, connect each account with:
A fresh VPN IP address
A new Incognito (Private) window
(Optional) Disable WebRTC (extra privacy protection)
After that, you can safely manage all your linked eBay accounts from any computer.

Refresh the page and try again.
Confirm you authorized the correct account.
Disable browser extensions or try incognito mode.
If you sell in multiple regions, connect each region separately.
