How Many eBay Accounts Can You Add?

The number of eBay accounts you can connect depends on your 3Dsellers plan. Once connected, each account can include multiple eBay regions (marketplaces).

Good news: Adding additional eBay regions to an existing account is completely free of charge.

Step 1 - Visit Your Integrations Page

  • Click on your profile picture (top right), and select Integrations.

Step 2 - Navigate to Your eBay Accounts Page

Step 3 - Add your eBay Account

  1. Click Add eBay Account.

  2. Log in to eBay and authorize 3Dsellers.

  3. The default eBay region (usually US) will be added automatically.

Adding eBay Regions (Marketplaces) – FREE

If you sell on multiple eBay marketplaces (for example: US, UK, Germany, France, Canada, etc.), you do not need to add a new eBay account for each one.

Instead, you can add regions to an existing account:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → eBay Accounts.

  2. Click Add New Region to an Existing Account (FREE).

  3. Select the eBay account you want to extend.

  4. Choose the additional region(s) you sell on.

🔹 You can add as many regions as you need, with no extra cost.

🔹 Each region will appear as a separate row in your eBay Accounts list, with its own currency and marketplace.

Adding an eBay Motors Account (IMPORTANT)

If you sell car parts or vehicle-related products, you must connect eBay Motors separately.

To do this:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → eBay Accounts.

  2. Click Add eBay Motors Account (FREE).

  3. When prompted, select eBay Motors from the dropdown.

⚠️ Critical notice:

If you are selling car parts, you must choose eBay Motors from the dropdown.

If you connect your account as a regular eBay marketplace instead of eBay Motors, your listings and orders will NOT be synchronized.

This is one of the most common reasons for missing listings or orders in 3Dsellers.

Troubleshooting Sync Issues (Missing Listings or Orders)

❌ Missing data: listings, orders, or messages are not syncing

If you notice missing listings, orders, or other eBay data in 3Dsellers, the most common causes are related to regions and eBay Motors configuration.

Check the following carefully:

  • You may be selling in an eBay region that is not connected (for example: UK, DE, FR, CA, AU, etc.).

    • Each eBay marketplace must be added as a region in 3Dsellers.

    • If the region is not connected, data from that marketplace will not sync.

  • You are selling car parts but did not connect eBay Motors.

    • Car parts listings and orders only sync when eBay Motors is selected.

    • Connecting a regular eBay marketplace instead of eBay Motors will result in missing listings and orders.

  • The account or region status is not Active.

  • The eBay authorization token has expired.

    • Click here to learn more about eBay token and how to refresh it in case you need.

✅ Solution:

  • Add the missing marketplace using Add New Region to an Existing Account (FREE).

  • If you sell car parts, make sure eBay Motors is connected.

  • Reauthorize the account if needed.

Summary

  • You can connect multiple eBay accounts based on your plan.

  • You can add unlimited eBay regions for free to existing accounts.

  • eBay Motors must be added separately.

  • Selling car parts? Always choose eBay Motors, or your data will not sync.
