AI Actions Available (What Each One Does)
1) Generate Titles
Creates optimized, SEO-friendly product titles based on your existing catalog data.
Best for: Improving search visibility and making titles consistent.
Common settings: Max length (ex: 80 chars), language, save destination.
Saves to: Product Property / Product Title (or a selected field)
2) Generate Descriptions
Creates detailed product descriptions optimized for marketplaces.
Best for: Enhancing product pages and improving conversion.
Common settings: Length, language, tone (Professional, Friendly, etc.).
Saves to: Product Property / Description (or selected field)
3) Generate Bullet Points
Creates concise bullet points that summarize key product features and benefits.
Best for: Amazon-style bullet formatting and quick scanning.
Common settings: Bullet length, language, tone, number of bullet fields (up to 5).
Saves to: Bullet Point 1–5 properties (or chosen attributes)
4) AI Custom Prompt (Generate Any Attribute Value)
Lets you write your own prompt to generate content for any Product Property or Custom Attribute.
Best for: Meta descriptions, product highlights, warranty text, fitment notes, etc.
Key feature: Insert dynamic fields like Title, Brand, Description, etc.
Saves to: Any selected Product Property or Custom Attribute
5) Edit with Instructions
Rewrites or modifies your existing product content based on a plain-language instruction you provide. Unlike Custom Prompt (which generates from scratch), this action takes what's already in the field and transforms it according to your instruction.
Best for: Cleaning up existing titles or descriptions, applying a consistent style, fixing formatting issues, or making targeted changes across many products at once.
How it works:
Write your instruction in the prompt field — e.g. "Update all product titles. Optimize them for SEO. Check brand names, remove any special characters like +-@"
Click Next — the AI summarizes what it will do and which fields will be affected
Review the AI Instruction Summary to confirm the actions and fields are correct
Optionally add a refinement in the Refine the prompt field and click Do It to adjust
Toggle Skip AI Approvals if you want changes applied instantly
Click Generate
ℹ️ AI content is generated based on your existing product data (title, description, brand, category, etc.). Insufficient product data may result in errors or low-quality output.
6) AI Image Background Removal
Removes the background from product images using AI.
Best for: Cleaner images for marketplaces and websites.
Options:
Remove background from main product images only, or from all product images
Background color — choose a replacement background color after removal (leave blank for transparent)
Include also product variations images — also processes images on variation child SKUs (each image costs additional credits)
⚠️ Note: This overrides existing images. If needed, back up originals first.
7) AI Image Resize
Resizes images to meet marketplace requirements while preserving quality.
Best for: Standardizing image sizes (ex: 1600×1600).
Options: Main image only or all images + include variations.
Result: Replaces current images with resized versions.
8) Add Watermark
Adds a watermark to your product images in bulk using AI.
Best for: Brand protection, preventing image theft, or adding a logo to product photos at scale.
Options:
Apply to main product images only or to all product images
Select watermark — choose from built-in shapes (star, circle, triangle, square) or upload your own image
Position — set the watermark position using a grid selector or enter exact Left/Top percentage values
Include also product variations images — applies to variation child SKU images as well (each image costs additional credits)
⚠️ Note: This action overrides your existing images. Cost is 10 AI action credits per image.
How to Use Each AI Action (Step-by-Step)
A) Generate Product Titles
Select products in Products Catalog
Click AI → Generate Titles
Choose:
Title length (example: up to 80 characters)
Language
Save destination (default: Product Title)
Optional:
Add tags after approval
Include variations
Review the credit cost
Click Generate with AI
Approve results in AI Approvals (unless you skipped approval)
B) Generate Product Descriptions
Select products
Click AI → Generate Descriptions
Choose:
Length
Language
Tone (Formal / Professional / Friendly)
Save destination (default: Description)
Optional: Include variations, add tags
Click Generate with AI
Approve in AI Approvals if needed
C) Generate Bullet Points
Select products
Click AI → Generate Bullet Points

Confirm where each bullet will be saved

Optionally save as a preset for reuse

E) Edit with Instructions
Select products in Products Catalog
Click AI → Edit with Instructions
Write your instruction in the prompt field — describe what you want to change, e.g. "Update all product titles, optimize them for SEO, remove any special characters like +-@"
Click Next
Review the AI Instruction Summary — it shows what actions will apply and which fields will be affected
Optionally refine the prompt further using the Refine the prompt field and click Do It
Toggle Skip AI Approvals if you want changes applied instantly

By default, generated content is sent to AI Approvals first.

Go to AI Approvals (badge shows pending items)
Review output
Approve or reject individually or in bulk
Approved items are applied to the Catalog automatically once you click to Apply Approved Actions
Skip AI Approval (Apply Instantly)
If you want to apply changes immediately:
Check Skip AI approval
Generated content is saved instantly (no review step)
✅ Tip: Start with approvals on for the first batches. Once you trust the output, use Skip Approval for speed.
Best Practices
Before generating content
Make sure product data is complete (title/brand/category/description)
Start with a small batch (5–10 products)
Confirm the save destination is correct
Check your credit balance
While generating
Group similar products for more consistent results
Match language to the marketplace region
Choose tone that matches your brand voice

Review output (especially for important products)
Confirm content saved to the correct fields
If you chose "Catalog + revise linked listings," verify listings updated as expected
