3Dsellers’ AI Bulk Actions let you instantly create, improve, and optimize content for multiple eBay listings at once — without manual editing. This guide explains how each AI feature works, how AI credits are used, and how to approve, disapprove, or regenerate AI content in bulk and prevent common errors.

When using Generate AI Content, you can choose which listing fields you want to update:

Each selected field can now be configured individually using Advanced View, allowing you to control how the AI writes content.

Go to Listings ➜ Active Listings

From the dropdown, choose the AI action you want to perform.

After selecting an action, a Generate AI Content popup appears. Here, you can choose which tools to run, apply Tags, and confirm AI credit use.

Each element you choose to generate (Title, Description, etc.) now includes an Advanced View option.

Item specifics play a critical role in eBay search visibility and buyer filtering. With 3Dsellers AI Bulk Actions, you can now automatically generate item specifics for multiple listings at once.

When selected, AI analyzes your existing product data (such as title, category, brand, and description) and intelligently fills in relevant item specifics that match eBay’s category requirements.

This option is especially useful when optimizing large catalogs or listings missing required or recommended specifics.

After you run any AI Bulk Action, go to Listings ➜ AI Actions Approvals to review the generated content for your selected listings.

Each listing displays the AI-generated result side-by-side with the original content. You can approve, disapprove, or regenerate individual results — or apply bulk actions to all.

You can quickly apply AI results to several listings at once.
Use the top checkboxes to select multiple items, then click Bulk Approve to confirm all selected results in one step.

After bulk approving all actions ➜ Click to Apply Approved Actions.

If a suggestion doesn’t fit your listing, click Regenerate to create a new version.
Each regeneration uses 1 AI credit per item.

💳 Understanding AI Credits

💡 Running multiple tools in one batch (e.g., title + meta + keywords) uses credits more efficiently across larger selections.

When using 3Dsellers’ AI Bulk Actions, the quality of your generated content depends entirely on the information available in your product listings.

If any key details are missing — such as category, brand, color, size, or item specifics — the system may not have enough data to generate accurate AI content.

If this happens, you may see an error message like:

Please note that AI credits are still deducted when an attempt is made, even if the generation fails due to incomplete product details.

Because AI credits are consumed per listing and per tool, these credits cannot be refunded once used.
