It’s designed to assist support and sales teams by:

  • Generating suggested replies based on conversation context

  • Translating messages into other languages

  • Summarizing long conversations

All AI tools are optional and always let you review and edit the message before sending.

AI features are available inside an open conversation, primarily around the reply composer and the conversation header.

You’ll see AI options such as:

  • AI Rephrase

  • The full conversation history

How to use:

  1. Open a ticket in the Inbox

  2. Click Reply with AI below the buyer's message

  3. Choose the AI prompt which it's more appropriate to use in the reply

  4. Review the generated message in the reply editor

  5. Edit if needed

  6. Click Reply to send

AI responses are context-aware, meaning they adjust to:

  1. Click Translate under a message

  2. Select the target language from the list

  3. Click Translate

  4. Review the translated version

You can then:

  • Respond in the customer’s preferred language

  2. Click Summary in the conversation header

👉 The AI may read up to 20 recent messages in the conversation to generate the summary.

👉 The summary is added as a note inside the conversation, which only you and your team can see and have access to.
