How to show current account messages by default

In Customer Service, you can set your inbox to display only tickets from the current selected account, instead of "all accounts"

When loading the Customer Service tool, instead of showing messages from all accounts:

You can set your inbox to automatically show messages for the active account on 3Dsellers.

To do this,

  • visit your Settings page,

  • then under General, enable the "show messages for current account" option:

Now, the active account will be automatically selected when visiting the Customer Service tool.
