How to set a custom From Name for email integration

Set a custom From Name when replying to buyers with your email in the Customer Service tool

To set your From Name (Display Name) when sending emails with Customer Service,

  • Click the Email Forwarding button in the Actions column

  • In Display name enter a custom display name:

  • Click the Skip Step button at the bottom of the page to save changes.
