Set a custom From Name when replying to buyers with your email in the Customer Service tool

To set your From Name (Display Name) when sending emails with Customer Service,

  • Click the Email Forwarding button in the Actions column

  • In Step 1, enter a custom display name:

  • Click the Setup Complete button at the bottom of the page.
