To update 3Dsellers of username/store/eBay account name changes:
Visit your eBay accounts page and use the Refresh button in the Actions column.
✅ How to Change Your eBay Store Name
For eBay subscribers only.
1. Go to eBay Store Settings
Log in to your eBay account
Hover over My eBay
Click Selling
In the top menu, click Store
Select Store settings
2. Edit Your Store Name
Find Store name
Click Edit
Enter your new store name
Important rules:
Must be 4–35 characters
Cannot include:
eBay, trademarks you don’t own, or offensive wordsMust be unique (not already in use)
3. Save Changes
Click Save
Your new store name usually updates immediately, but in some cases it may take a few minutes to appear everywhere.
⚠️ Things to Know Before Changing
You can change your store name once every 30 days
Your store URL will change, but eBay automatically redirects the old URL
Your feedback and seller rating stay the same
Listings remain active (no need to relist)
🔁 If You Don’t Have an eBay Store
If you’re referring to your username (not a store):
Usernames can be changed once every 30 days
Changing your username does not change your store name (and vice versa)
How To Change eBay Username:
Head over to your account and click Personal Information.
Click Edit next to User ID.
Input your new username
