Troubleshooting tips:
Before adding an account, log out of eBay in your browser.
If you see "your account is updated successfully" and the new account does not connect, open an Incognito window and sign in to 3Dsellers with your email address (not eBay)
If you see "your_account already associated with another 3Dsellers account," click here.
Step 1 - Visit Your Integrations Page
Click on your profile picture (top right), and select Integrations.
Step 2 - Navigate to Your eBay Accounts Page
Select the eBay option.
Step 3 - Add your eBay Account
Click the Add eBay Account button.
In the pop-up, sign in to your other eBay account to add it.
Note, subscriptions allow a number of eBay accounts. Depending on your subscription, you may need to upgrade to add more.
