Export All Listings to CSV in 3Dsellers downloads your listings into one CSV file, and lets you choose which listing statuses go in it: Active, Scheduled, Drafts and Ended. Open Listings, click Export, choose Export All Listings to CSV, tick the statuses you want and start the export. From the All tab, Ended listings are left out unless you tick Ended yourself.

How do I export all my listings to CSV?
In 3Dsellers, open Listings and pick the tab (segment) you want to start from, for example All or Ended.
Click Export in the toolbar and choose Export All Listings to CSV. The Create Export File window opens.
Under Listing status, tick the statuses you want in the file: Active, Scheduled, Drafts and/or Ended. The line above the boxes says what will be exported, for example "Exporting all Active, Scheduled and Drafts listings".
Start the export. 3Dsellers builds the CSV file and lets you know when it is ready to download.
The CSV file has one row per variation, so a listing with variations takes several rows. The number of rows can be higher than the number of listings you exported.
Which listing statuses are ticked by default?
3Dsellers ticks the statuses that match the tab you opened the export from. You can change the ticks before you export.
Tab you export from | Statuses ticked by default |
All | Active, Scheduled, Drafts (Ended is not ticked) |
Active | Active |
Scheduled | Scheduled |
3Dsellers Drafts or Unpublished Drafts | Drafts |
Ended | Ended |
Listings with Errors | Active, Scheduled, Drafts |
From the Listings with Errors tab, Export All Listings exports every listing with those statuses, not only the listings that have errors. To export only the listings with errors, select them and use Export Selected instead.
When Drafts is the only status ticked, the window also shows the draft export options (the import format, and CSV or Excel). They go away as soon as you tick another status.
How do I export only Ended listings?
Open the Ended tab in Listings and click Export > Export All Listings to CSV. Only Ended is ticked. You can also start from the All tab, untick Active, Scheduled and Drafts, and tick Ended.
The Ended tab in the Listings sidebar shows how many Ended listings you have. An Ended export can contain a few more listings than that number, because listings you deleted in 3Dsellers are not counted in the sidebar but are still included in the export file.
⚠️ Exporting from the All tab does not include Ended listings unless you tick Ended. If you need ended items in the CSV, tick Ended before you export.
Export All Listings vs Export Selected
Export All Listings to CSV exports every listing with the statuses you tick. It has the Listing status boxes.
Export Selected exports only the listings you ticked in the table, for example "Exporting 1 selected listing". It has no Listing status boxes, because you already chose the listings.
For scheduled or custom exports with your own fields, use the Report Center instead.
Troubleshooting
It says "Please select at least one listing status"
Every Listing status box is unticked. Tick at least one of Active, Scheduled, Drafts or Ended, and start the export again.
My CSV file is missing my ended listings
You exported from the All tab, where Ended is not ticked by default. Tick Ended in the Create Export File window, or export from the Ended tab.
My Ended export has more listings than the Ended count
This is expected. The Ended count in the sidebar leaves out listings you deleted in 3Dsellers, but the export includes them.
My file has more rows than listings
The CSV has one row for each variation. Listings with variations use several rows.
FAQ
Does Export All Listings to CSV include Ended listings?
Only if you tick Ended - from the All tab, Export All Listings to CSV exports Active, Scheduled and Drafts listings by default, and Ended stays unticked.
Can I export Active and Ended listings in one file?
Yes - tick both Active and Ended under Listing status in the Create Export File window, and 3Dsellers puts them in the same CSV file.
Why does the Ended count not match my export?
The Ended count does not include listings deleted in 3Dsellers, while the Ended export does, so the file can have a few more listings.
Can I choose statuses when I export selected listings?
No - Export Selected exports exactly the listings you ticked in the table, so there is no Listing status choice.
