Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV is a 3Dsellers Bulk Actions item that exports the vehicle compatibility (fitment) of your products to a CSV file for eBay Motors parts. You find it in Bulk Actions under Manage, on the Listings grid and on the Product Catalog grid. The two places behave differently: on Listings the export starts the moment you click, and on the Catalog a dialog asks you to pick fields first.
⚠️ On the Listings grid, clicking Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV starts the export immediately. There is no confirmation dialog. Pressing Enter in the Search bulk actions... box also starts it when the export is the first match. Select the listings you want first, and only then open the menu.

Where do I find Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV?
The 3Dsellers Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV item sits in the same menu as Export To CSV.
In 3Dsellers, open Listings (the page is titled Listings & Products) or Product Catalog.
Tick the rows you want. Until you tick at least one row, Bulk Actions is greyed out and its tooltip reads Select items from the table to perform bulk actions.
Click Bulk Actions, then click the Manage group on the left of the menu.
Find Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV (it has a car icon). It is the third item in the Manage list, right below Export To CSV.
You can also type in the Search bulk actions... box at the top of the menu. Typing Compatibility shows All results with Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV and Set/Update Compatibility. In the screenshot, Set/Update Compatibility is greyed out.
eBay only: when the selected channel is not eBay, 3Dsellers hides this item from the Bulk Actions menu.
Segments: on Listings the item is offered in All, Active, Unsold Active, Ended, Unsold Inactive, Scheduled and 3Dsellers Drafts. It is not offered in Missing SKU, Duplicate SKU, Duplicate Title, Listing Errors or Not in Catalog.
How do I export vehicle compatibility from Listings?
Use this when you want the fitment of live listings, ended listings or drafts in a CSV file. The 3Dsellers Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV action on the Listings grid works only on the listings you select.
Open Listings and pick a segment such as All or Active.
Optional: narrow the grid to listings that have fitment. Add the filter Item Info > Vehicle compatibility with the operator is and the value present.
Tick the listings you want. To export every row that matches your current filters and search, use select all.
Click Bulk Actions > Manage > Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV.
3Dsellers starts the export at once, shows a confirmation message, and opens Reports History in a new browser tab.
⚠️ There is no dialog to cancel on Listings. If you click the item by mistake, the export has already started. Check the segment and the ticked rows before you open the menu.
Where do I download the exported file?
The 3Dsellers Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV export is listed in Report Center under Reports History. Go to Reports > Report Center > Reports History.
In the search box above the list, type part of the file name, for example Vehicle compatibility.
Find the row. For an export from Listings, the Type reads Export Listings Vehicle Compatibility and the File Name reads Vehicle compatibility export, then the segment, then listings - for example Vehicle compatibility export active listings.
Wait until the Status reads Done Successfully. While the file is being built, the status reads In Process - It might take time depending on the number of items.
In CSV Actions, click the Download icon.
If a row reads Error occurred!, point at the status to read the reason.
What is in the exported file?
The 3Dsellers Listings export is a CSV file with the vehicle compatibility of the listings you selected, such as make, model and year. Download it and open it in a spreadsheet to see the exact columns.

How do I export vehicle compatibility from the Product Catalog?
On the Product Catalog grid, the 3Dsellers Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV action opens a dialog, so nothing is exported until you press Export Now. This item is not limited to eBay.
Open Product Catalog and tick the products you want.
Click Bulk Actions > Manage > Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV. In the Catalog it is listed below Export To CSV and Export Bundles To CSV.
The Create Export File dialog opens with the heading Choose which fields you want to export and a line such as Exporting 2 selected products.
Type a name in Report Name:. It is required and needs at least 3 characters.
Under Select Fields, move the fields you want from All Fields to Selected Fields, or click Add All Fields. Remove All Fields empties the list again.
Under File format, choose CSV or Excel (.xlsx).
Click Export Now. It stays disabled until you pick at least one field.
The Catalog list offers ten fields: SKU, CarMake, CarModel, CarVariant, CarBodyStyle, CarType, CarYear, CarEngine, KType and CarCompatibilityNotes. The dialog also tells you to go to Inventory Management to export inventory data, including quantities and warehouses. Choose Listings when you want the fitment of your eBay listings. Choose the Catalog when you want the fitment of your catalog products and want to pick the fields.
Where do I import a vehicle compatibility CSV?

Open Listings and click CSV Import in the left menu.

Bulk Actions is greyed out
3Dsellers keeps Bulk Actions greyed out until you tick at least one row. Tick a listing or product, then open the menu.
I can't find Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV
The 3Dsellers Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV item is hidden when the selected channel is not eBay, and it is not offered in the Missing SKU, Duplicate SKU, Duplicate Title, Listing Errors and Not in Catalog segments. Switch to an eBay account and a segment such as All or Active. You can also use the Product Catalog, where the item is not limited to eBay.
The export started and I did not mean to run it
On the 3Dsellers Listings grid, Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV runs as soon as you click it, and pressing Enter in Search bulk actions... can start it too. The export runs and its file appears in Reports History, where you can ignore it. Next time, tick your rows and choose the item from the Manage list on purpose.
The Status says In Process
The export is still being built. The Status reads In Process - It might take time depending on the number of items. Wait, then check the Status again in Reports History until it reads Done Successfully.
The Status says Error occurred!
The vehicle compatibility export did not finish. Point at the row in Reports History to read the reason, and then run the export again from Bulk Actions.
A listing is missing from the file
The 3Dsellers Listings export covers the listings you ticked, or the rows that match your filters and search when you use select all. Check that the listing was ticked and that its segment offers the export. To see which listings have vehicle compatibility, add the filter Item Info > Vehicle compatibility is present.
