The 3Dsellers Report Center turns your data into CSV files. You create a report, choose the fields and filters, run it once or put it on a schedule, and download the finished file from Reports History. Open it from Reports in the left menu. It covers eBay listings, 3Dsellers listings, orders, ads, cases and, on some accounts, products.
⚠️ In the 3Dsellers Report Center, opening the report form, picking a template or choosing Export To CSV in Listings does not create a file. In the form, the report starts only when you click the last button, Save & Generate (it reads Generate Now once you save an Only Once schedule). Then open Reports History to download the file.

Where do I find the Report Center?
Click Reports in the left menu of 3Dsellers (or open app.3dsellers.com/report-center). The 3Dsellers Report Center has two pages in the left navigation under Report Center:
All Reports - your saved reports, with the buttons + Create New Report and + Create Report From Template.
Reports History - every file that has been generated, with its status and download link.
The All Reports table has the columns Report, Recent URL, Channel, Email Report To and Action, and more columns to the right, such as Schedule Status. If you do not see Reports in the menu, your user may not have permission to export - ask the account admin.
Each row has action icons. Edit report opens the report, Download gets the last file (it is greyed out until the report has run), Generate Report runs it and Delete removes it. The first icon edits the schedule; its tooltip says "Enable "Schedule Status" to edit the Schedule Report" while the switch is off. Tick rows to use Bulk Actions for Delete or Regenerate.
Which report type should I choose?
The 3Dsellers Report Center offers one report type per kind of data. The choices appear under Choose report Type: when you create a report.

Accounts with no eBay seller connected do not see the eBay Listings, Ads and Cases reports. Accounts with an eBay seller see Export Products only when it is enabled for the company. Catalog exports such as stock, bundles and vehicle compatibility are started from Bulk Actions, not here, but they still appear in Reports History.
How do I create a report?
Open Reports and select All Reports.
Click + Create New Report. The Create Report window opens.
Under Choose report Type:, click the type you want.
Type a Report Name: of at least 3 characters. Description (optional): is for your own notes.
Pick the account in Select Channel:.
Set filters and options for that report type (see the next two sections).
Choose the columns in Select Fields. Click Add All Fields for everything, or add fields one by one. You need at least one field.
Optional: set a schedule and add emails to notify.
Click Save & Generate to start the report, or Save Report as Template to keep the setup without running it. After you start a report, 3Dsellers opens Reports History.
What can I filter in the eBay Listings Report?
After you choose eBay Listings Report in the 3Dsellers Report Center, the form adds these controls:
Filter By Categories: - leave it on All categories or pick categories.
Filter Listing Status: - All active listings, Sold active listings, Unsold active listings, All ended listings, Sold ended listings, Unsold ended listings, Buy it now, Auction or Sold listings.
Filter Listing Date: - All dates, or a From date and To date range of up to 120 days.
Include Item Specifics: - All (the default), None or Manual.
Below those are switches. As captured, Add specifics prefix "C:" and Include All Variations: are on by default. Include Shipping Details:, Include All Images:, Include Vehicle Compatibilities: and Remove HTML tags from description: are off by default.

What can I set in the Orders Report?
After you choose Orders Report in the 3Dsellers Report Center, the form shows these controls:
Include data from the last: - a number of days from 1 up to 90, for example the last 7 days.
Timezone: - a list of timezones (Europe/London in the capture).
Include All Sellers Data: - a switch that is off by default.
Filter - add rules such as Order status or an Order date range. When a date filter is set, "Include data from the last" is disabled.

How do I schedule a report?
In the Create Report window, scroll to Schedule the report and click Schedule.
Under Schedule on: choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Only Once.
Set the Day (a weekday for Weekly, a day of the month for Monthly, or a date for Only Once), the Time and the Timezone.
Click Save in the popover. A line under the Schedule button, such as "Weekly on Monday at 08:00", confirms it.
Click Save & Generate to store the report and start it. 3Dsellers then opens Reports History.
A new schedule starts as Weekly on Monday at 08:00. The Monthly day list includes last day of month. Once you click Save on an Only Once schedule, the last button of the form reads Generate Now instead of Save & Generate. After the report exists, the Schedule Status switch in All Reports turns the schedule on or off.
How do I get an email when a report is ready?
In the 3Dsellers Report Center, click the Emails to notify: box and pick one or more addresses. The tooltip says: "After the report generated, a notification email will be sent to the addresses on this list."
Only verified email addresses appear in the list.
If yours is missing, click the "clicking here" link in the line "If you don't see your email here, please verify the email by clicking here."
After you pick an address, the form shows an email Subject and Body. The default subject is "[Report Generated] <report name>, is ready!"
How do I reuse a report with templates?
In All Reports, click + Create Report From Template. The Report templates: window opens.
Click Select on a card. Create Custom Report becomes available.
Click Create Custom Report. The report form opens already filled in. Nothing runs until you click Save & Generate.
Your own saved templates come first and have a Remove button. The built-in templates have only Select: Last month Income, Last week Income and Last day Income (Orders, for every channel), plus six eBay-only listing templates - All of your listings, Active Listings Only, Ended Listings Only, Monthly sold listings, Weekly sold listings and Ended sold listings. Where do I download my report?
Open Reports History under Report Center. Each generated file is a row with these columns: User, Creation Date, Type, Channel, File Name, Status and CSV Actions. Use Search by File Name or Filter to find a report, and the page-size menu at the bottom (20/page as captured) to see more rows.

In CSV Actions, Copy Link copies the file link, Download saves the file, Recreate runs the same report again and Delete removes the row.
What does Export To CSV in Listings do?
In Listings, select listings, open Bulk Actions, then Manage, and click Export To CSV. 3Dsellers opens the 3Dsellers Report Center in a new browser tab with a 3Dsellers Listings Report already filled in from your selection. Then click the last button of the form (Generate Now or Save & Generate). Nothing is created before that.
Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV is a different action: it starts its own export and the result appears in Reports History with the type Export Listings Vehicle Compatibility. The Orders page has its own Export To CSV that opens a small dialog asking for Emails to notify:; it does not open the 3Dsellers Report Center.
Troubleshooting
I clicked a button and no report appeared
In the 3Dsellers Report Center form, a file is created only when you click Save & Generate (or Generate Now after you save an Only Once schedule). Selecting a template, opening the form or choosing Export To CSV in Listings does not run anything. Finish the form, click Save & Generate, then check Reports History.
The Download icon is greyed out
In All Reports, Download is disabled until the report has run once. Open Reports History and download from there when the status is Done Successfully.
I don't see the report type I need
The 3Dsellers Report Center hides eBay Listings, Ads and Cases when no eBay seller is connected, and shows Export Products only when it is enabled for the company. Inventory, bundle and vehicle compatibility exports are started from Bulk Actions.
My email address is not in the Emails to notify list
Only verified addresses are offered. Click the "clicking here" link under the field to verify the address, then reopen the list.
The status says Error occurred!
Hover the information icon next to the status for the reason. Click Recreate in CSV Actions to run the same report again. There is no Retry button.
Include data from the last is disabled
The Orders Report cannot use "Include data from the last" and an Order date filter together. Delete the date filter to use the days option.
FAQ
Does the 3Dsellers Report Center create a file as soon as I open a report or template?
No - in the 3Dsellers Report Center form, a report starts only when you click Save & Generate (Generate Now after you save an Only Once schedule). Opening the form, selecting a template or choosing Export To CSV in Listings creates nothing.
Where do I download a finished report in the 3Dsellers Report Center?
Open Reports History and use Download or Copy Link in CSV Actions on the row whose status is Done Successfully.
What does Include All Sellers Data do?
Include All Sellers Data is a switch on the Orders Report form in the 3Dsellers Report Center, and it is off by default.
Does Export To CSV on the Orders page open the Report Center?
No - Export To CSV on the 3Dsellers Orders page opens a small dialog for Emails to notify. To choose fields, filters and a schedule for orders, create an Orders Report in the Report Center.
How do I export vehicle compatibility from 3Dsellers?
Use Export Vehicle Compatibility To CSV in Listings Bulk Actions. See Export Vehicle Compatibility to CSV for eBay Listings. Its files appear in Reports History.
Who can I notify when a 3Dsellers report is ready?
Any verified email address. Add them in Emails to notify; unverified addresses are not offered in the list.
How do I retry a failed report in the 3Dsellers Report Center?
Click Recreate in CSV Actions in Reports History and confirm. The Report Center has no Retry button.
