Filter with AI lets you type what you want to see in a 3Dsellers table, in plain words, and turns it into normal filters for you. It works on the Listings, Orders and Product Catalog tables. You type a request such as "Items under $10 with no sale in 90 days", click Suggest, check the suggested filters, and click Apply. Nothing on the table changes until you click Apply, and Filter with AI does not use any AI credits.
⭐ Filter with AI is marked Experimental in 3Dsellers. It builds the same filters you could add by hand with Add Filter, so you can always check or change what it did.

Where do I find Filter with AI?
Filter with AI is a button in the toolbar above the table, next to Filter, on three 3Dsellers pages:
Listings (every listings segment, for example Active, Ended or a custom segment)
Orders
Product Catalog (the products table)
Other tables in 3Dsellers, such as Helpdesk, Reports or Offers Manager, do not have the Filter with AI button yet.
How do I filter a table with AI?
Step 1: Open Filter with AI
Open Listings, Orders or Product Catalog and click Filter with AI in the toolbar. The Filter with AI window opens. It says "Describe the rows you want to see. Nothing changes until you apply the suggestion."
Step 2: Describe the rows you want
Type your request in the text box (up to 500 characters), for example "Live listings under $10 with no sale in 90 days". Or click one of the Example prompts under the box to fill it in. On the Listings table the examples are:
Live listings with quantity 0
Ended listings from the last 30 days without a tag
Items under $10 with no sale in 90 days
Step 3: Click Suggest and check the suggestion
Click Suggest. After a few seconds Filter with AI shows a Suggested configuration: a one-line summary of what it understood, and the filters it will add, for example "Up To Quantity equals 0". If part of your request could not be turned into a filter, it is listed under Could not apply with the reason.
Step 4: Click Apply
Click Apply to add the suggested filters to the table. They appear in the filter bar under the toolbar, exactly like filters you add by hand: you can remove one, click Add Filter to add more, or click Create New Segment to save the result as a segment you can open again later.
If the table already has filters, Filter with AI warns you that applying replaces the filters currently on the table. Click Dismiss (or the X) to close the window without changing anything.
You can rate a suggestion with the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons at the bottom of the window. This helps 3Dsellers improve Filter with AI.
What does "Could not apply" mean?
"Could not apply" lists the parts of your request that Filter with AI could not turn into a filter on this table, with a reason for each. The rest of the suggestion still works and you can apply it. Common reasons:
The table has no column for it. For example, asking for "live" listings while you are in the Active segment: the listing status comes from the segment you opened, not from a filter, so Filter with AI lists "Live listings" under Could not apply and only applies the other filters.
You asked for sorting. Filter with AI only filters rows. Requests such as "sorted by price descending" go under Could not apply. Sort with the arrows in the column headers instead.
The value does not exist in your account, for example a tag name you have never created.
⚠️ On the Listings table, Filter with AI filters inside the segment you have open. The All segment hides Ended listings, so asking for "Ended listings" there returns no rows. Open the Ended segment first, then use Filter with AI.
What can I ask Filter with AI?
Anything that the table's own filters can do, described in your own words. Filter with AI understands:
Numbers and prices: "under $10", "quantity 0", "more than 5 sold".
Dates, including relative dates: "published yesterday", "from the last 30 days", "between 1 Feb 2026 and 28 Feb 2026".
Not and or: "not Draft and not Ended", "tagged Summer or Clearance".
Tags, statuses and channels that exist in your 3Dsellers account.
What Filter with AI will not do
It will not change, delete or edit any listing, order or product. It only adds filters to the table you are looking at.
It will not sort the table.
It will not apply anything until you click Apply.
It will not use AI credits. Filter with AI is free.
It is not on other 3Dsellers pages yet (Helpdesk, Reports, Offers Manager and so on).
Troubleshooting
Filter with AI found no rows, but I know the items exist
Check which segment you are in. On Listings, Filter with AI only searches the segment you have open, and the All segment does not include Ended listings. Open the right segment (for example Ended) and click Suggest again. Also check the chips in the filter bar: a filter that is stricter than you meant, such as an exact date, is the most common cause.
The Apply button is greyed out
Apply only works when at least one filter could be built. If everything in your request went under Could not apply, reword it using the names of the table's columns, or add the filter by hand with Filter.
Suggest shows an error after many quick tries
Filter with AI accepts up to 20 requests per minute for each user. If you click Suggest many times in a row, wait a minute and click Suggest again.
