Simple View is a newer way to see your orders on the 3Dsellers Orders page. It shows one tall row per order with the item, status, buyer, destination, dates, total, tags and teammate, and every row opens to show the items, buyer, an internal note and the order activity. Old View is the dense table that was there before. A switch at the top right of the page moves you between them, and you can change your mind at any time.
⚠️ In the Bulk Actions menu on the 3Dsellers Orders page, Download Orders CSV and Send eBay Invoice run the moment you click them. There is no confirmation window. Tick only the orders you mean before you open Bulk Actions.
💡 Open the Orders page from Orders in the left sidebar.

How do I switch between Simple View and Old View?
In the left sidebar of 3Dsellers, click Orders. The panel Orders & Disputes opens with the Orders Segments list: All, Pending Shipment, Returns, Pending Cancellations, Pick List and Return Process.
Look at the top right of the page, on the same line as the heading All Orders.
Click Simple View to use the Simple View grid, or Old View to use the classic table.
Switching views on the 3Dsellers Orders page clears any rows you had ticked. A small database icon sits to the right of the switch; this article does not use it.
Which view will I see first?
On the 3Dsellers Orders page, the first view depends on when your 3Dsellers company was created, until you pick one yourself.
A company created on or after 10 September 2026 opens in Simple View.
An older company opens in Old View.
After you click a view, 3Dsellers remembers your choice in this browser, and it is still there after you reload the page.
The choice is saved in the browser you use. If you open 3Dsellers in another browser, check the switch there before you look for a column or a button.
What does the Simple View grid show?
Simple View on the 3Dsellers Orders page shows ten columns, with a tick box and an expand arrow pinned on the left and Actions pinned on the right. The rows are taller than in Old View, so each order has room for a thumbnail and several lines.
Column | What it shows |
Order | The item thumbnail and title, your account, and the order ID |
Status | A status label such as Paid or Cancelled, plus small icons for shipping, payment and cancellation. Point at an icon to read it |
Buyer | The buyer's name and username, and the buyer's email when there is one |
Destination | The country and the city, state and postcode |
Order Date | The date and time of the order |
Ship By | The ship-by date with the words Ship by under it, or a dash when the order has no date |
Total | The order amount, with the number of items under it |
Tags | Your order tags and an Add tag button |
Teammate | The teammate assigned to the order, or an Assign button |
Actions | A print icon, a message icon and a More Actions menu |
The grid is wider than a laptop screen, so on a 1440-pixel window the right-hand columns are off-screen. Scroll the grid sideways to reach Ship By, Total, Tags, Teammate and Actions.
Total shows the number of items under the amount, and that number counts units, not item lines.
Assign opens a menu of teammates. Picking an entry there saves at once.
Actions holds the print menu, Send Message (not shown for Etsy orders) and More Actions. More Actions includes shared order actions such as Mark as shipped and Archive Order, and Edit Listing for eBay orders.
Simple View keeps its own column widths, order and visibility for each segment, in this browser, separate from Old View. The table-layout icon next to the sync icon opens the Columns panel.
Simple View has no Orders details button. The details open inside the order instead, as the next section shows.
How do I open an order to see more?
On the 3Dsellers Orders page in Simple View, click the arrow at the left of an order row.
The panel opens under the row, with ITEMS, ORDER DETAILS and BUYER side by side. These section titles print in capitals on screen.
Click the arrow again to close it.
ITEMS (1) lists each item line of the order with its picture, title, item ID, SKU, price, quantity and warehouse. The number counts item lines, not units.
ORDER DETAILS shows Cancel Status, Shipping Service, Transaction ID, Date Paid and Tracking Number. An order with no tracking reads Not yet shipped. Cancel, inquiry and return statuses appear when the order has them.
BUYER shows the name, username and address. If the buyer left a message at checkout, a yellow Buyer note: box shows it.
ORDER ACTIVITY lists dated lines such as marked as payment cleared., imported from eBay. and has been marked as canceled.
How do I add an internal note to an order?
An internal note on the 3Dsellers Orders page is for your team. The empty state reads No internal note yet - only visible to your team.
In Simple View, expand the order.
In the Internal note section, click Add note. A box opens with the prompt Type your note... and a counter that counts up to 500 characters.
Type the note, then click Save note. Click Cancel to close the box without saving.
How do I filter orders in Simple View?
Simple View on the 3Dsellers Orders page has a filter under the Order, Status, Buyer, Destination, Order Date, Ship By, Total, Tags and Teammate headers. A filter you set in the grid shows up as the same kind of chip that Add Filter creates.
Order, Buyer and Destination have a subject chooser that starts on All, which searches all of that column's fields at once. Open it to search one field instead, such as Item Title, Order ID, Item ID or SKU for Order.
Press Enter or click the check icon (Apply filter) to apply what you typed. Click the x (Clear filter) to remove it.
Status is a grouped list: Order Status, Shipping Status and Payment Status.
The toolbar, the search box and the Orders Segments list appear in both views. For the search prefixes and custom segments, see Orders Filters, Search & Custom Segments Overview.
How do I use Bulk Actions?
On the 3Dsellers Orders page, tick one or more orders. Bulk Actions is greyed out until you do; its tooltip reads Select items from the table to perform bulk actions.
Click Bulk Actions and pick an action.
For an eBay account the menu lists: Download Orders CSV, Mark As Shipped, Send Messages, Tags, Add/Change tracking numbers, Assign Orders to Teammate, Remove Teammate From Orders, Update Pick Status and Send eBay Invoice.
⚠️ On the 3Dsellers Orders page, Download Orders CSV and Send eBay Invoice start as soon as you click them, with no confirmation window. Check which orders are ticked first.
How does the Pick List work in Simple View?
Pick List is one of the Orders Segments on the 3Dsellers Orders page. Point at it to read its tooltip: Shows paid orders from the last 10 days that haven't been shipped or marked as picked.
Open Orders in the sidebar, then click Pick List under Orders Segments.
In Simple View, the grid adds Pick Status and SKU columns.
The toolbar shows Print Pick List and Suggest Pick List Improvement. Create Manual Order is not shown on this segment.
When no order matches, the Pick List shows this sentence in both views:
In Simple View, Pick List rows are grouped under a heading for each SKU. For printing and sorting a pick list, see Using Order Pick Lists for Efficient Fulfillment.
How do I go back to Old View?
On the 3Dsellers Orders page, click Old View in the switch at the top right.
The dense table returns, with its own columns and an Actions column that has the Orders details button.
