In 3Dsellers Orders, open an order's More Actions menu and choose Add/Change tracking number to send a tracking number and carrier to eBay, or choose Mark as shipped to mark the order shipped without one. For many orders at once, tick them and use Bulk Actions. The same menu also has Mark as paid and Send eBay Invoice for unpaid eBay orders.
⚠️ Mark as shipped in 3Dsellers Orders does not send a tracking number, and its box has no tracking field. If your buyer needs tracking, use Add/Change tracking number instead. The bulk Mark As Shipped works the same way: it has no tracking input either.

Where do I find Mark as shipped and Add/Change tracking number?
In 3Dsellers Orders, both actions sit in the Actions column of the order grid.
In the left sidebar, click Orders, then open All Orders (or any other order segment).
Find the order. In Old View, click the lightning-bolt button in the Actions column. Point at it and the tooltip reads More Actions.
In Simple View, the Actions column has a More Actions menu with the same items.
Pick Mark as shipped or Add/Change tracking number from the list.

Which actions does the More Actions menu show?
The 3Dsellers Orders More Actions menu changes with the order's channel and status, so an item you expect can be missing or greyed out. The screenshot below shows the menu of an eBay order whose status is Cancelled, so it is not the usual menu: Send eBay Invoice is greyed out and Mark as paid is not listed. On an unpaid order, Mark as paid is listed and Send eBay Invoice is available. In the screenshot, (1) is Mark as shipped and (2) is Add/Change tracking number.

Mark as paid is listed only while the order is unpaid (status Active).
Mark as shipped is hidden, not greyed, once the order's first item has a shipping date.
Send eBay Invoice is greyed when the invoice was already sent (tooltip eBay invoice has been already sent) or the order is not unpaid (tooltip Order should be unpaid to send an invoice).
How do I add or change a tracking number on one order?
With 3Dsellers Orders, Add/Change tracking number sends the tracking number and carrier you enter to the marketplace, and 3Dsellers records the item as shipped with tracking.
Open the order's More Actions menu and choose Add/Change tracking number.
The Add/Change Tracking Number window opens with one block for each item in the order. Each block shows the item under Transaction and item, a Tracking number box and a Carrier list. If the item already has a number and carrier, they are filled in, so you can change them.
Type or paste the tracking number into Tracking number.
Open the Carrier list and pick your carrier. Type in the list to filter it. For eBay orders it includes names such as UPS, U.S. Postal Service, USPS, DHL Express and Other.
Repeat for each item that shipped in a different parcel.
Click Confirm. The window closes, a Success message appears and the grid reloads. Click Cancel to close the window without saving.
If it fails, a red message under the item or an Error message shows the reason.
How do I add several tracking numbers to one item?
In the 3Dsellers Orders Add/Change Tracking Number window, click the + button next to the carrier to add another number and carrier pair to the same item.
Open Add/Change tracking number from the order's More Actions menu.
Fill in the first Tracking number and Carrier.
Click + next to the carrier. A new row appears. Fill in the second number and its carrier.
To remove a row you added, click its trash icon.
Click Confirm.
You can enter up to 6 numbers for one item. At 6, the + button is disabled.
On Walmart orders there is no + and no trash icon: each item takes one number.
3Dsellers sends the numbers you enter when you click Confirm. The order grid shows one tracking number per item (see below), so it may not list every number you entered.
How do I mark one order as shipped without tracking?
In 3Dsellers Orders, Mark as shipped marks every item in the order as shipped in one step, with no tracking number.
Open the order's More Actions menu and choose Mark as shipped.
A box titled Mark as shipped asks Are you sure you want to mark "<order id>" order as shipped? Check the order number.
Click Mark as shipped to confirm, or Cancel to stop.
A message reads Order marked as shipped. and the grid reloads. If it fails, the message reads Failed to mark shipped!
⚠️ Mark as shipped has no tracking field. An order with a shipping date and no number shows as Shipped without tracking in the Old View grid. To add the number afterwards, use Add/Change tracking number, but note that Mark as shipped disappears from the menu once the order's first item has a shipping date.
How do I mark an order as paid or send an invoice?
In 3Dsellers Orders, Mark as paid and Send eBay Invoice are in the same More Actions menu, and both work only on unpaid orders.
Mark an unpaid order as paid
Find an order whose status is unpaid (the status pill reads Unpaid in Simple View).
Open its More Actions menu and choose Mark as paid.
In the box titled Mark as paid, click Mark as paid to confirm.
A message reads Order marked as paid. If it fails, it reads Failed to mark paid!
Send an eBay invoice for an unpaid order
Open the unpaid eBay order's More Actions menu.
Choose Send eBay Invoice.
Send eBay Invoice runs as soon as you click it, with no confirmation box, and shows a Success message. There is no bulk Mark as paid. Bulk Actions does have Send eBay Invoice for eBay orders.
How do I mark many orders as shipped or add tracking in bulk?
In 3Dsellers Orders, tick the orders and open Bulk Actions: Mark As Shipped marks them shipped without tracking, and Add/Change tracking numbers lets you enter a number for each item.
Tick the checkbox on the left of each order. Select eBay or Etsy orders only. If the selection includes orders from other channels, Bulk Actions shows a shorter menu without Mark As Shipped and Add/Change tracking numbers.
Click Bulk Actions. The menu lists Download Orders CSV, Mark As Shipped, Send Messages, Tags, Add/Change tracking numbers, Assign Orders to Teammate, Remove Teammate From Orders and Update Pick Status, plus Send eBay Invoice on eBay.
Mark many orders as shipped
Choose (1) Mark As Shipped.
A box titled Mark As Shipped asks Are you sure you want to mark N orders as shipped?, where N is the number of orders you ticked.
Click Mark As Shipped to confirm, or Cancel to stop.
The bulk Mark As Shipped box has no tracking input.
Add tracking numbers to many orders
Choose (2) Add/Change tracking numbers.
In the Add/Change Tracking Number window, fill in (1) Tracking number and (2) Carrier for each row. There is one row for each item in the selected orders, and the + button next to a carrier adds another number for that item.
Click Confirm.
If some orders cannot be updated, a message reads Tracking was not sent for some orders and lists the first five with the reason, then and N more.

What does 3Dsellers Orders show after an order is shipped?
The 3Dsellers Orders grid shows a short shipping summary that depends on the view you use.
Old View: the Shipping Status column shows Shipped, the tracking number and the carrier for the order's first item. The number is a link for some carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS, and plain text otherwise. It shows Shipped without tracking when the order has a shipping date but no number. An order with two or more items expands into a list with a Shipping Date and a Tracking Number for each item.
Simple View: expand the order. In Order Details, the Tracking Number row shows the first item's number as a link with the carrier in brackets, or Not yet shipped.
Troubleshooting
I cannot find Mark as shipped on my order
In 3Dsellers Orders, Mark as shipped is hidden once the order's first item has a shipping date, and Shopify and Walmart orders never list it. Check the order's Shipping Status first. If it is already shipped, use Add/Change tracking number to add or fix the number.
I cannot find Mark as paid
In 3Dsellers Orders, Mark as paid is listed only for an unpaid order. A paid or cancelled order does not show it. Orders from channels other than eBay, Etsy and manual orders do not list it either.
Send eBay Invoice is greyed out
Send eBay Invoice in 3Dsellers Orders is greyed when the invoice was already sent or the order is not unpaid. Point at it to read the tooltip.
My order says Shipped without tracking
In 3Dsellers Orders, this appears when the order has a shipping date but no tracking number, for example after Mark as shipped, which sends no tracking number. Open Add/Change tracking number on the order, enter the number and carrier, and click Confirm.
The + button is disabled or missing
In the 3Dsellers Orders tracking window, + is disabled after 6 numbers on one item, and it is not shown at all for Walmart orders, which take one number per item.
Tracking was not sent for some orders
The bulk Add/Change tracking numbers action in 3Dsellers Orders could not update some orders. The message lists the first five with the reason. Correct them and run the action again for those orders.
