The 3Dsellers Listings grid lets you change your eBay listings without opening each one. Click a cell such as the price, SKU or title, type the new value, and click Apply changes to send your edits to eBay. Right-click any row for Undo and Redo, Pin Column and Open in a new tab, and use the table-layout button to choose, reorder and reset your columns.
⚠️ An edit in the grid is not sent to eBay until you click Apply changes. Reloading the page, changing page, segment or filter, or leaving the page first drops the edits you have not applied.
💡 Open Listings → Active and right-click any row to see the grid menu.

How do I edit a listing in the grid?
Many cells in the 3Dsellers Listings grid can be edited in place, for example Item (the title), SKU, Price, Cost, Floor and Ceiling Price, Shipping Fee, Category, Design Template, Payment Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Warehouse Qty.
⭐ Inline editing works when the account picker shows one eBay account (not all accounts at once) and your 3Dsellers user is allowed to edit listings. Otherwise the cells are read-only.
Click the cell and type the new value.
Click outside the cell. The row is highlighted to show it has a change waiting, and a bar appears with Cancel and Apply changes.
Edit more cells or rows on the same page if you need to. Every change waits in the same bar.
Click Apply changes to send all of them, or Cancel to throw all of them away.
After Apply changes, 3Dsellers shows Your changes are in process. and the edited rows show Processing while the update runs.
When does eBay get my grid edits?
Your grid edits reach eBay only after you click Apply changes. 3Dsellers then queues them as one update and sends it to eBay in the background, so the new values do not appear on eBay instantly.
If eBay rejects a change, the main fields - price, quantity, SKU, title, category and policies - go back to their previous values in 3Dsellers.
If your Product Catalog manages a listing's inventory, a quantity typed in the grid is ignored; change the stock in the catalog instead.
What is in the right-click menu?
Right-click a row in the 3Dsellers Listings grid to open its menu. The first four items are 3Dsellers tools; the rest are the grid's standard clipboard and export items.
Menu item | What it does |
Open in a new tab | Opens that listing in a new browser tab, so the grid stays as it is |
Undo (Ctrl+Z) / Redo (Ctrl+Y) | Steps back or forward through your cell edits |
Pin Column | Pins the column you clicked to the left or right edge: Pin Left, Pin Right, No Pin |
Cut, Copy, Copy with Headers, Copy with Group Headers, Paste, Export | The grid's standard clipboard and export items, for example to copy cell values into a spreadsheet |
How do Undo and Redo work?
Undo and Redo step through the cell edits you made in the grid in this browser session - up to 100 steps.
On a Mac, Cmd+Z works as well as Ctrl+Z. The shortcuts do nothing while you are typing inside a cell.
Undo becomes available after you edit a cell, and Redo after you undo. A new edit clears Redo.
The history is cleared when you reload the page, and it does not cover bulk actions or changes made in the listing editor.
Undo puts the previous value back in the cell as a change waiting in the bar. Click Apply changes to send it to eBay.
How do I pin a column?
Pinning keeps a column in view while you scroll sideways through a wide grid - handy for keeping Item or SKU visible.
Right-click any cell in the column you want to pin.
Point at Pin Column.
Click Pin Left or Pin Right. To unpin it, choose No Pin (the current choice has a tick).
Pinning is only in this right-click menu; the column header menu has no pin option.
How do I show, hide, reorder or reset columns?
Click the table-layout button at the right end of the toolbar, next to the Item ID search.
A panel opens on the right with three tabs: Columns, Column Options and Filters.
In Columns, tick or untick a column to show or hide it, and drag a column by its handle to reorder it. Use Search... to find a column quickly.
To go back to the standard layout, open Column Options and click Reset table to default.
⭐ Your column layout - which columns show, their width, order and pins - is saved in this browser, separately for each Listings segment (All, Active, 3Dsellers Drafts and so on). Another browser or computer, or clearing this browser's site data, starts from the default layout. Sorting is not saved.
What do the numbers and the score ring in a row mean?
n / 80 next to the title is its length: eBay allows 80 characters in a title.
n / 50 next to the SKU is its length out of 50 characters. The two buttons beside it are Generate SKU, which replaces the SKU with a new one, and Copy.
The score ring on the left is the listing's Quality Score. Point at it to see its top issues, and click View More and Fix for the full list. A listing without a score shows Generate instead. See Listing Quality Score – How It Works and How to Improve It.
The Actions column holds icon buttons for that listing, such as edit, duplicate and preview. The lightning icon opens more actions, such as Quick Edit, Reimport Listing and, on active listings, End listing.
Troubleshooting
My grid edits disappeared
They were not applied yet. Edits wait in the bar until you click Apply changes; reloading the page, changing page, segment or filter, leaving the page or clicking Cancel drops them. Make the edits again and click Apply changes.
I can't edit cells in the Listings grid
Inline editing needs one eBay account selected in the account picker - not all accounts - and a 3Dsellers user that is allowed to edit listings. Pick the eBay account in the picker at the top of the left menu and try again.
I applied an edit but eBay still shows the old value
3Dsellers queues applied grid edits and sends them to eBay in the background, so they are not instant. If the value in 3Dsellers went back to the old one, eBay did not accept the change.
Undo is greyed out
There is nothing to undo in this session yet, or the page was reloaded, which clears the history.
My columns reset, or look different on another computer
The layout is saved in the browser and per segment, so a different browser, cleared site data or a different segment shows its own layout. See Why Do My Table Column Settings Keep Resetting?.
FAQ
Does editing a cell in the Listings grid change my eBay listing immediately?
No - an edit in the 3Dsellers Listings grid waits until you click Apply changes. Then 3Dsellers sends it to eBay in the background.
Can I undo a grid edit that I already applied?
Undo in the 3Dsellers Listings grid puts the previous value back in the cell as a new change, within the same session. Click Apply changes to send that value to eBay.
Can I edit several listings in the grid before applying?
Yes - edit cells in several rows on the page you are viewing, then click Apply changes once to send them together. Changing page, segment or filter before applying drops them.
How do I pin the SKU column in the Listings grid?
Right-click any SKU cell, point at Pin Column and click Pin Left.
Is my Listings grid layout saved?
Yes, in this browser and separately for each segment. It is not shared with other browsers or teammates.
How do I open a listing without losing my place in the grid?
Right-click the row and choose Open in a new tab. The listing opens in a new tab and the grid stays where it was.
