End Listing is a Listings Automation action that ends an eBay listing once it has been live for a number of days you set, and does not relist it. The listing moves to Ended and stays in your 3Dsellers Listings page, so you can relist it by hand whenever you choose. It is eBay only and runs on a scheduled automation.

What End Listing does and does not do
eBay fixed-price listings are Good-'Til-Cancelled, so they renew automatically about every 30 days and keep running until you stop them. If you sell one-of-a-kind items, that is often not what you want. You may prefer to take an item down after a cycle, rest it, and decide later whether to put it back up.
End Listing in 3Dsellers stops that renewal. It does end the listing on eBay on your schedule and leave it in your Listings page as Ended. It does not relist it, delete it, or notify you when it happens.
The opposite action is Re-list Automation, which ends and immediately relists. Do not put both on the same listings.
Where do I find End Listing?
Go to Listings & Products → Listings Manager → Automations.
Click New Automation and give it a name.
Set Channel to eBay and Trigger to Run By Schedule.
Open the Actions list and choose End Listing.
⭐ End Listing only appears on eBay with the Run By Schedule trigger. If you switch to Item Listed, Draft Created or Warehouse Updated, 3Dsellers removes it from your selection automatically.
What the automation asks for
The End Listing action itself has no settings. What it does is controlled by the schedule and the two conditions above it.
Run Schedule
Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Only Once, then the day, time and timezone the automation runs at.
When item is live (required)
How many days a listing must have been live before End Listing ends it. Selecting the action switches this condition on and fills in 30 days for you. You can change the number, but you cannot save the automation with this condition turned off. Save and Save And Activate stay greyed out until you set it.
When item sold (optional)
Limits the automation to listings that sold a given number of units within a given number of days. Leave it switched off to end every listing that is old enough.
Filters (optional)
Narrow it further by tag, category, price, SKU and the other listing filters. Filters are the safest way to try End Listing on a small group first.
What happens when it runs
The listing is ended on eBay and is not relisted.
It moves to Ended and stays in your 3Dsellers Listings page, so you can find it and relist it yourself later.
Auctions with active bids are skipped, so End Listing never cancels a bidder.
On every later run, only listings that have since crossed your day limit are ended.
Every run is recorded in the Logs tab of the Automations page, so you can see exactly which listings were ended.
How many listings will the first run end?
The action card tells you before you save. It shows a first-run count in the form "this will end 19 of your 24 active eBay listings", meaning how many listings match your conditions and filters at that moment.
This matters most on an account that has been running a while. With no filters and no sold condition, a 30 day limit matches every eBay listing already older than 30 days, which on an established store can be nearly all of it. Read the count, and if it is higher than you expected, add a filter or raise the day limit before activating.
Limits
End Listing will not run on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Walmart or TikTok. It is eBay only.
It will not run on the Item Listed, Draft Created or Warehouse Updated triggers.
It will not relist anything, and it will not move the listing to Drafts.
It will not email or notify you when a listing is ended. There is no ended-listing notification in 3Dsellers.
It will not end an auction that has active bids.
Troubleshooting
Save and Save And Activate are greyed out
End Listing requires the "When item is live" condition. Switch it on and set the number of days, and both buttons become available.
It ended more listings than I expected
With no filters, the day limit is the only thing narrowing the automation, so every eBay listing older than that limit qualifies. Add a tag or category filter, or raise the day limit, then check the first-run count on the action card before activating again.
Nothing happened on the scheduled day
Check that the automation is Active, that no listing has yet crossed your day limit, and that your filters are not excluding everything. The Logs tab on the Automations page shows whether the automation ran at all.
One of my auctions was not ended
Auctions with active bids are skipped on purpose, so that End Listing never cancels someone's bid. End that auction by hand if you still want it down.
FAQ
Does End Listing relist my item afterwards?
No, End Listing does not relist. That is the whole point of the action. The listing ends and waits in your Listings page until you relist it yourself. If you want it relisted automatically, use Re-list Automation instead.
Is the listing deleted from 3Dsellers when it ends?
No, the listing is not deleted. It changes to Ended and stays in your 3Dsellers Listings page with its data intact, so you can review or relist it later.
Can I use End Listing on Shopify or Etsy?
No, End Listing is available on eBay only. It does not appear in the Actions list when you choose another channel.
Can I use End Listing without setting a number of days?
No, the "When item is live" condition is required and 3Dsellers will not let you save the automation without it. The number of days is what makes it an "end after N days live" rule.
Does the "When item sold" condition work with End Listing?
Yes, you can switch on "When item sold" as well, and both conditions are applied together. Only listings that are old enough and match the sold condition are ended.
Does ending and relisting a listing cost anything?
That depends on your eBay account. Relisting an ended item may use an insertion fee depending on your free listing allowance, so check your eBay fees before ending listings in bulk.
Can I get an email when End Listing ends something?
No, there is no notification for an ended listing in 3Dsellers. The Logs tab on the Automations page is where you see what was ended and when.
