The Manage group of Bulk Actions in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager lets you relist or delete ended eBay listings, delete drafts, end active or scheduled listings and dismiss listing errors for many listings at once. Tick the listings, click Bulk Actions, stay on Manage and pick the action. Which actions you see depends on the segment. Missing and duplicate SKUs are fixed with buttons on their own segments.

Where are the Manage bulk actions in the Listings Manager?
Open Listings & Products > Listings Manager from the left menu.
Under Listings Segments, click the segment you want to work on, for example Ended.
Tick the checkbox of each listing. The header shows how many are selected and offers Select all N items for every listing in the segment. The footer shows Total Selected Listings.
Click Bulk Actions. The menu opens on the Manage group.
Click the action, for example Relist Item (1) or Delete Item (2).
To find an action fast, type relist, delete or dismiss in Search bulk actions... at the top of the Listings Manager Bulk Actions menu.
Which Manage bulk actions show on each Listings Manager segment?
The Listings Manager offers only the Manage actions that fit the segment. The table lists them per segment for eBay listings.

On the All segment, actions that need a specific segment are greyed out. Hovering one shows “The action is not available for segment "All", please choose a different segment.” Switch to the segment that holds those listings, such as Active or Ended.
How do I relist ended eBay listings in bulk?
In the Listings Manager, open the Ended (or Unsold Inactive) segment and tick the listings.
Click Bulk Actions, then Relist Item in the Manage group.
The Relist items dialog asks “Are you sure you want to relist 2 selected items on eBay?” with your own count, and warns “eBay fees may apply.”
Click Relist to eBay to start, or Cancel to stop.
In Notifications, a bulk relist is titled Publish to the channel, not Relist.
How do I delete ended listings or drafts in bulk?
Delete in the Listings Manager removes listings from 3Dsellers only. It never deletes or ends anything on eBay.
Delete ended eBay listings in bulk in the Listings Manager
In the Listings Manager, open Ended (or Unsold Inactive) and tick the listings.
Click Bulk Actions, then Delete Item (shown in red).
Read the Delete ended items dialog, then click Delete items or Cancel.
The dialog explains that the listings are still kept in eBay's ended listings folder, because eBay does not let 3Dsellers delete them there. Only the 3Dsellers copy is removed, and “This action can't be undone.”
Delete 3Dsellers Drafts in bulk in the Listings Manager
In the Listings Manager, open 3Dsellers Drafts and tick the drafts.
Click Bulk Actions, then Delete From Drafts.
The Delete from drafts dialog asks you to confirm. Click Delete drafts.
How do I end active or scheduled eBay listings in bulk?
In the Listings Manager, open Active and tick the listings. For listings waiting to publish, open Scheduled.
Click Bulk Actions, then End Listings (Active) or Remove from Scheduled (Scheduled).
Both open the same End listings dialog. Click End listings.
A second dialog, Are you sure?, says “This action cannot be undone.” Type YES in the box under Type YES to approve: and click Apply. Apply stays greyed out until YES is typed.
Ended listings stay in 3Dsellers and move to the Ended segment, where you can relist them later. For ending listings from a CSV file, see the End Listings with Bulk Actions and CSV article.
How do I dismiss listing errors in bulk?
Bulk Dismiss Errors clears the error mark on listings once you have fixed the cause. For eBay listings, it is in the Manage group on every Listings Manager segment that has Bulk Actions.
Tick the listings that show an error.
Click Bulk Actions, then Bulk Dismiss Errors.
In the Dismiss errors dialog, click Dismiss.
The dialog says “This clears the error state without changing the listing. If the underlying issue isn't fixed, the error may return.” Fix the listing first, then dismiss.
On the Listings with Errors segment of the Listings Manager, there is no Bulk Actions menu. Tick the listings and click the Dismiss Errors button above the grid. It stays greyed out until you tick a listing and opens the same dialog.
Where are the Missing SKU and Duplicate SKU segments?
In the Listings Manager, look under Listings Segments in the left menu.
Click Show more below the list. It reveals Unsold Active, Unsold Inactive, Missing SKU (1) and Duplicate SKU (2), both in red.
These two Listings Manager segments have no Bulk Actions button. Their own buttons sit above the grid and stay greyed out until you tick at least one listing. Ended listings are not included in either segment. More about segments: How to Use Segments and Custom Segments.
How do I fix missing SKUs in bulk?
Open the Missing SKU segment of the Listings Manager. It lists listings whose SKU is empty. Tick the listings, then pick one of the two buttons.
Generate Missing SKUs: opens the SKU generator, where you build the SKU from a formula and preview it. See Bulk Generate SKUs.
Auto-Fix Missing SKUs: the Auto-fix missing SKUs dialog says “This action will automatically generate SKU codes for all missing entries by adding random characters, keeping each under the 32-character limit.” Click Auto-Fix and it starts at once.
Use the generator when you want SKUs that follow a pattern. Use Auto-Fix when random characters are fine.
How do I fix duplicate SKUs in bulk?
Open the Duplicate SKU segment of the Listings Manager. It lists listings that share a SKU with another listing. Tick the listings, then pick a button.
SKU Generator: the same SKU generator, to give the ticked listings new SKUs from a formula.
Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs: the Auto-fix duplicate SKUs dialog explains that it adds random characters, keeping SKUs under 32 characters. It also says “This action will also update the listings in the connected channel with the new SKUs.” There is no second confirmation after Auto-Fix.
Mark as not Duplicate SKU: for SKUs you share on purpose. It removes the duplicate mark in 3Dsellers and does not change the SKU text. Confirm with Mark as not duplicate SKU.
⚠️ Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs changes the SKUs on eBay too, right after you click Auto-Fix, and it cannot be undone. Save your current SKUs first with Export To CSV (Bulk Actions on the Active segment), or use SKU Generator or Mark as not Duplicate SKU.
Troubleshooting
The Bulk Actions button in the Listings Manager is greyed out
Bulk Actions in the Listings Manager needs at least one ticked listing. With nothing ticked, its tooltip reads “Select items from the table to perform bulk actions.” It is also unavailable while several bulk processes are running: “Bulk actions are unavailable while several processes are running. Please wait for them to finish.”
Listing errors came back after Bulk Dismiss Errors
Bulk Dismiss Errors only clears the error mark and does not change the listing. If the cause is still there, the error returns. Fix the listing, then dismiss again.
My deleted listings are still on eBay
Delete Item removes the 3Dsellers copy only. eBay keeps ended listings in its own ended listings folder, and 3Dsellers cannot delete them there.
My SKUs changed on eBay after Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs
Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs also updates the listings on eBay with the new SKUs, starts right after Auto-Fix and cannot be undone. Use the SKUs you exported before the fix, or set them again with Bulk Generate SKUs.
FAQ
Does deleting an ended listing in 3Dsellers delete it from eBay?
No - Delete Item removes the listing from 3Dsellers only. eBay keeps it in your ended listings folder, and the delete in 3Dsellers cannot be undone.
Does Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs change my SKUs on eBay?
Yes - Auto Fix Duplicate SKUs updates the listings in the connected channel with the new SKUs. It starts as soon as you click Auto-Fix and cannot be undone.
Can I relist ended eBay listings in bulk in 3Dsellers?
Yes - open the Ended segment in the Listings Manager, tick the listings, then choose Bulk Actions and Relist Item. eBay fees may apply.
Why do I have to type YES to end listings in bulk?
Ending listings cannot be undone, so 3Dsellers asks a second time. Type YES under Type YES to approve: and click Apply.
Why don't I see Missing SKU or Duplicate SKU under Listings Segments?
The Missing SKU and Duplicate SKU segments are hidden until you click Show more under Listings Segments in the Listings Manager.
