How to End eBay Listings in Bulk (Bulk Actions)
You can end multiple eBay listings at once directly from the Listings Manager using the Bulk Actions menu — no CSV required.
Step 1 - Select your listings
Navigate to Listings Manager and open the Active segment.
Use the checkboxes to select the listings you want to end. You can select all listings on the page with the top checkbox.
Step 2 - Use Bulk Actions → End Listings
Click the Bulk Actions button in the toolbar.
Select End Listings from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation dialog will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to end the selected items on eBay?"
Click Yes, end listings. to confirm.
⚠️ Note: Ended listings are not permanently deleted from 3Dsellers. They will appear in the Ended listings segment once the action is complete.
How to end eBay Listings with a CSV file
Create a CSV of Item Ids or SKUs (no variation SKUs)
Upload with the End Listings CSV feature.
Step 1 - Create a CSV
Create one column of SKUs or Item IDs.
Include a column header
SKU/ItemID.

Variation SKU Warning:
If you include a Variation SKU, the entire listing will end.
Step 2 - Upload your CSV
Navigate to: Products → Listings Manager → CSV Import
Click the End Listings button and upload your CSV.
Ensure SKU/ItemID and Column header mapping is correct.
