There are two ways to bulk-update eBay business policies in 3Dsellers:
Bulk Actions in the Listings Manager — quick, no file needed.
CSV file — for Import CSV and Update Listings workflows.
Update Policies via Bulk Actions (Listings Manager)
You can update shipping, return, and payment policies across multiple listings at once directly from the Listings Manager.
Navigate to → Listings Manager and select the listings you want to update.
Click Bulk Actions and select Set Policies.
The Bulk Change Policies dialog will appear. For each policy type — Shipping, Return, and Payment — either select a policy from the dropdown or check don't change to leave it as-is.
Click Update to apply the changes to all selected listings.
💡 Tip: Use the don't change checkbox next to any policy you want to leave untouched — only the policies you actively select will be updated.
Update Policies via CSV File
For Import CSV and Update Listings
Use these column headers in your CSV to control eBay business policies:
PolicyPayment
PolicyShipping
PolicyReturn
For the value, use the Policy ID from your 3Dsellers Business Policies Page.
