Instead of manually recreating listings for each marketplace, Sell Globally automates key adjustments such as translations, currency conversion, unit conversion, and business policy assignment—making international expansion faster, safer, and scalable.

Use Sell Globally if you want to:

Bulk copy listings from one eBay account to another
Automatically translate titles, descriptions, and specs
Convert prices to the target marketplace currency
Convert sizes and weights to metric where required

Publish listings immediately or save them as drafts
Track progress, errors, and completion results per item

Sell Globally is available only for eBay listings and can be accessed from:
Listings Manager → Select listings → Bulk Actions → Sell Globally
Before You Start (Important Checklist)
Before running a Sell Globally operation, make sure the following are in place to avoid errors:
✅ The target eBay account is already connected to 3Dsellers
✅ Business policies exist on the target account
✅ Policy names are exactly the same across accounts (if using auto-matching)
✅ You have enough AI credits available
✅ You understand that only one target account can be used per operation
✅ You plan to review drafts if AI translation or policy matching is used

Step-by-Step: How to Use Sell Globally
1️⃣ Select Listings & Open Sell Globally
Log in to your 3Dsellers account
Go to Listings Manager (you can use Sell Globally from Active, Drafts or Ended listings)
Select one or more eBay listings
Click Bulk Actions
Choose Sell Globally
2️⃣ Configure Sell Globally Options
Target Account
Select the destination eBay account
⚠️ Only one target account can be selected per operation
Listing Output
Copy as Drafts – review before publishing
Copy and List Items – publish immediately
Translation & Conversion (Optional)
AI translation (title, description, specs)
Price conversion to target currency
Size & weight conversion to metric
⚠️ Important: Each listing copied using Sell Globally consumes 1 AI credit.
This applies whether the listing is published immediately or saved as a draft
AI credits are required for translation and conversion features
If you run out of AI credits, you won't be able to go ahead with the Translation & Conversion options enabled.
Additional AI credits can be purchased from your billing page
Business Policies
Select or confirm:
Shipping policy
Payment policy
Return policy
Optional: enable Automatically match policies.
⚠️ Important: When Automatically match policies is enabled, 3Dsellers matches business policies by name only.
Policies must already exist on the target eBay account
Policy names must be exactly the same on both accounts
If no match is found, the listing may fail and be saved as a draft
Best practice: Keep policy names consistent across all eBay accounts before using Sell Globally.
