To change the package or item location of many eBay listings at once, use the Edit Package and Location bulk action in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager. Select the listings and choose Bulk Actions > Inventory & Shipping > Edit Package and Location. Tick Location, Package settings or both, fill in the fields, then click Apply changes and type YES to confirm. Package weight and dimensions are in Package settings.

What does the 3Dsellers Edit Package and Location bulk action change?
The 3Dsellers Edit Package and Location bulk action writes the same location and package values to every selected eBay listing. It has two sections, and only the sections you tick are applied.
Location: the country, city and state, and ZIP code, typed in or filled from a saved location.
Package settings: package type, measurement units, irregular package, dimensions and weight.
It works in the Active, Scheduled and 3Dsellers Drafts segments, for eBay listings.
It does not change category or condition. Use Edit eBay Category and Condition in Bulk for those.
How do I open Edit Package and Location in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager?
In the 3Dsellers Listings Manager, click Active, Scheduled or 3Dsellers Drafts under Listings Segments.
Tick the listings you want to change.
Click Bulk Actions, point to Inventory & Shipping, and click Edit Package and Location.
How do I choose sections in the Edit package & location dialog?
The dialog opens, titled Edit package & location. Its first line says how many selected items it will change.
Tick the box in the Location header, the Package settings header, or both. Click a header to open its fields.
Apply changes stays greyed out until at least one box is ticked.
How do I set the item location for many eBay listings?
eBay uses item location to calculate estimated delivery dates for buyers. Tick Location in the dialog and fill in:
Saved locations: pick one of your saved locations to fill the three fields below it.
Country: the default is your eBay account's site country, for example United Kingdom for eBay UK.
City, State: up to 45 characters, with a counter.
ZIP code: the postal code.
How do I set package type, weight and dimensions in bulk?
Package dimensions are required for calculated shipping. Tick Package settings in the dialog and set:
Package type: starts on Package/thick envelope. The list also has None.
Measurement: Lbs / Inch (the default) or Kg / Cm.
Irregular package: a switch, off by default.
Dimensions: three boxes, L, W and D, in inches or cm.
Weight: two boxes, lbs and oz, or kg and g.
The hint under the boxes reads “Leave a field empty to keep the value each listing already has.” When Package type is None, the dimension and weight boxes are disabled.
Package type and Irregular package always have a value, and that value is applied with the package settings. Set both to what your listings need, even if you only want to change the weight.
💡 Set Measurement: to the unit system your listings already use before you apply. The dialog always opens on Lbs / Inch. If the selected listings use different units, edit each group separately.
How do I confirm the bulk package and location change with YES?
Click Apply changes. A second dialog, Are you sure?, says the action cannot be undone and names the number of selected items.
Type YES in Type YES to approve:. The Apply button stays disabled until you do.
Click Apply. A progress message appears, then a success message with the number of listings edited.
What are the Edit Package and Location defaults?
In the 3Dsellers Edit Package and Location dialog, only the dimension and weight boxes carry the hint to leave them empty to keep each listing's value. Every field starts as follows:

⚠️ Edit Package and Location cannot be undone. Check the ticked sections and the values before you type YES and click Apply.
What are the Edit Package and Location edge cases and limits?
A few cases change how the 3Dsellers Edit Package and Location bulk action behaves:
Drafts. The action is also available in the 3Dsellers Drafts segment.
Package type None. Choosing None disables the dimension and weight boxes.
Carrier package types. Some package types belong to one country's carriers, such as USPS or Canada Post types. Pick a type your eBay site accepts.
Other channels. The action is not offered for channels other than eBay.
Limits of Edit Package and Location:
It will not apply a section unless its tick box is ticked.
It will not run in the All segment or on ended listings.
It will not change category, condition or business policies. See eBay Business Policies: Create, Edit and Apply in 3Dsellers.
It will not let you undo the change after you confirm with YES.
Troubleshooting Edit Package and Location
Apply changes is greyed out in the Edit package & location dialog
No section is ticked. Tick the box in the Location header, the Package settings header, or both.
The Apply button in Are you sure? does not work
Type YES in the Type YES to approve box first. Remember that the change cannot be undone.
eBay says the package weight is not valid or missing
Fill in the weight in bulk. Select the listings, open Edit Package and Location, tick Package settings, set Measurement to your listings' units, enter the Weight and apply.
eBay says Invalid ShippingPackage after I changed the package type
The package type is not accepted on that eBay site. Run Edit Package and Location again with a type your site accepts. See eBay Shipping Packages - eBay Error: "Invalid <ShippingPackage>.".
Edit Package and Location is greyed out in the 3Dsellers Bulk Actions menu
You are in the All segment. Click Active, Scheduled or 3Dsellers Drafts and select the listings again.

Can I bulk edit package weight and dimensions on eBay listings?
Yes - tick Package settings in Edit Package and Location and fill in Dimensions and Weight. Units follow the Measurement choice, and the Package type shown in the dialog is applied too.
Does leaving a weight or dimension box empty keep the current value?
Yes, when Measurement matches the units the listing already uses. The dialog says to leave a field empty to keep the value each listing already has. It opens on Lbs / Inch, so switch to Kg / Cm first for listings in kilograms and centimetres.
Can I change only the item location of my eBay listings?
Yes - tick only Location. Package settings are applied only when their box is ticked.
Can I undo a bulk package or location change?
No - Edit Package and Location cannot be undone. That is why it asks you to type YES before it applies.
Can I edit package and location on 3Dsellers drafts in bulk?
Yes - Edit Package and Location is available in the 3Dsellers Drafts segment as well as Active and Scheduled.
