To add volume pricing to many eBay listings at once, use the Volume Price bulk action in the 3Dsellers Listings Manager. Select listings in the Active or Scheduled segment and choose Bulk Actions > Pricing & Policies > Volume Price. Set one or more tiers, such as buy 2 or more and save 5% off each item, then click Apply. Volume pricing is an eBay feature, so the tiers go straight to the selected live eBay listings.

What does the Volume Price bulk action do?
The 3Dsellers Volume Price bulk action gives every selected eBay listing the same quantity discount tiers. Buyers who purchase several units in one order pay less per item.
It works on eBay listings in the Active and Scheduled segments.
It sends the tiers to eBay as soon as you click Apply.
It does not work on 3Dsellers Drafts, ended listings or the All segment.
It is not offered for channels other than eBay.
How do I open Volume Price in the 3Dsellers Bulk Actions menu?
In the 3Dsellers Listings Manager, click Active or Scheduled under Listings Segments.
Tick the listings you want to discount. The footer shows the count, for example Total Selected Listings: 3/16.
Click Bulk Actions, point to Pricing & Policies, and click Volume Price. You can also type quantity discount in the Search bulk actions... box.
How do I set quantity discount tiers in the Volume price dialog?
The 3Dsellers dialog is titled Volume price. Its first line says how many selected items the action applies to. Each row is one tier: Buy a quantity or more and save a percentage % off each item.
In the first row, type the quantity in the Buy box and the discount in the percent box. The row starts at 2 and 5. Those are starting values, so change them to your offer.
To add a tier, click the plus icon (highlighted). The new row starts one higher on both numbers, for example 3 and 6 after 2 and 5.
To remove a tier, click its trash icon. Trash icons appear once the dialog has two or more tiers.
Click Apply. The dialog closes and 3Dsellers starts sending the tiers to eBay. Click Cancel to close without changes.
A progress message appears while the tiers are applied, then a message that Volume Pricing was applied successfully, or an error message.
What are the Volume Price fields and defaults?
Only the starting values are fixed in the 3Dsellers Volume price dialog: 2 items and 5 percent. Everything else is yours to set.

⚠️ Volume Price has no confirmation step. Apply sends the tiers to the selected eBay listings straight away, so check the tiers and the selected item count first.
Which 3Dsellers segments show Volume Price?
Volume Price works in the 3Dsellers Active and Scheduled segments. In the All segment it is greyed out, and pointing at it shows “The action is not available for segment "All", please choose a different segment.” Pick Active or Scheduled first.
The 3Dsellers Drafts segment does not list Volume Price at all, and ended listings cannot get it either.
What are the Volume Price edge cases and limits?
A few cases change how the 3Dsellers Volume Price bulk action behaves:
Auction listings. In the Old View listing editor, the Volume Pricing switch is hidden for auction-style listings. See Change eBay Listing Type: Fixed Price to Auction and Back to change the format.
Fees. The listing editor's Volume Pricing switch notes that eBay may charge fees for this feature, based on listing region.
Drafts. There is no bulk path for 3Dsellers Drafts. Add volume pricing after the listings are live.
Limits of the Volume Price bulk action:
It is greyed out in the All segment and does not appear in the 3Dsellers Drafts or Ended segments.
It will not ask you to confirm before it sends the tiers.
It will not check that the tiers go up in order.
It will not change listings on channels other than eBay.
Troubleshooting Volume Price
Volume Price is greyed out in the 3Dsellers Bulk Actions menu
You are in the All segment. Click Active or Scheduled under Listings Segments, tick the listings again and reopen Bulk Actions.
I cannot find Volume Price for my 3Dsellers drafts
Volume Price is not offered in the 3Dsellers Drafts segment. Publish the drafts, then add volume pricing from the Active segment.
The Volume price dialog closed as soon as I clicked Apply
That is expected. Volume Price has no confirmation step: Apply sends the tiers to eBay straight away and closes the dialog. Watch for the success or error message.
I see Error occurred while applying Volume Pricing
3Dsellers could not apply the tiers. Check the tiers and the selected listings, then try again. If the error repeats, contact support through Get Help with the eBay item IDs.

Can I set more than one volume pricing tier on many eBay listings at once?
Yes - the Volume price dialog takes several tiers. Click the plus icon to add one, and the trash icon to remove one.
What is the minimum quantity for a Volume Price tier?
The Volume price dialog starts at Buy 2, but 2 is a starting value. You can lower the quantity to 1.
Can I add volume pricing to 3Dsellers drafts in bulk?
No - Volume Price is not available in the 3Dsellers Drafts segment. It works on Active and Scheduled eBay listings.
Does Volume Price ask me to confirm before it changes my listings?
