The Edit Package and Location bulk action lets you update the item location and package settings across multiple listings at once — essential for accurate shipping calculations and estimated delivery dates on eBay.
Go to Listings Manager, select the listings you want to update, then click Bulk Actions → Edit Package and Location.
Location
eBay uses item location to calculate estimated delivery dates for buyers.
Saved Locations — select a previously saved location to apply quickly
Country — select the country where the item is located
City, State — enter the city and state (up to 45 characters)
ZIP Code — enter the postal code
💡 If your items are located in the UK, make sure to select GB as the country code — not UK.
Package Settings
Package settings are required when using calculated shipping — eBay uses them to calculate shipping costs for buyers based on their location.
Package Type — select the type of packaging (e.g. Package/thick envelope, Letter, Large envelope)
Measurement — choose between Lbs/Inch (imperial) or Kg/Cm (metric)
Irregular Package — toggle on if the package has an unusual shape that affects shipping rates
