The Edit Category and Condition bulk action lets you update the eBay category, store category, and item condition across multiple listings at once.
Go to Listings Manager, select the listings you want to update, then click Bulk Actions → Edit Category and Condition.
Category
Change the eBay marketplace category for all selected listings. Use the dropdown to browse or the search icon to search by category name or ID.
💡 Always assign the most specific category possible — the category determines which item specifics are required and recommended by eBay, which directly affects your listing's search visibility.
Store Category
Assign or change the eBay Store category for all selected listings. Store categories are managed inside your eBay Store and help buyers browse your shop by product type.
Item Condition
Update the item condition applied to all selected listings:
Select a condition from the dropdown (e.g. New, Used, Refurbished)
Optionally add a Note (up to 1000 characters) to describe the condition in more detail — this appears on the listing as the condition description
⚠️ Some condition options may not be available in all eBay categories. eBay may also require account approval to use refurbished conditions in certain categories.
