eBay Seller's Order Status Definitions:
Order Status | Description |
| The order is not yet complete and the buyer has not paid. The buyer can request a cancellation, and you can update payment details, order price, shipping details, and shipping service. |
| The order has been cancelled. If the order was paid, you may need to refund the buyer. |
| The buyer requested to cancel the order. Approve or reject the cancellation with 3Dsellers Resolution Center or Helpdesk. |
| The order is paid and complete. No changes can be made to the order. |
| The order is currently being processed but is not complete. |
