For example, in the CSV report, each field in the "type" column will have a corresponding status:

eBay Inquiry

ebay_inquiry Case Status Definitions:

Description

CLOSED

The inquiry has been closed.

CLOSED_WITH_ESCALATION

The inquiry is closed and has been escalated to a case.

CS_CLOSED

The inquiry has been closed by a customer support representative.

OPEN

The inquiry has been created and the seller has been notified.

OTHER

The status of the inquiry cannot be determined.

PENDING

The inquiry is being created; request processing uses external resources.

WAITING_BUYER_RESPONSE

The next action is expected to be from the buyer, such as confirming receipt of a refund that the seller has issued.

WAITING_SELLER_RESPONSE

The next action is expected to be from the seller.


eBay Return

ebay_return Case Status Definitions:

Value

Description

CLOSED

Indicates the return request has been closed

ESCALATED

Indicates the return request has been escalated.

ITEM_DELIVERED

Indicates the return item has been delivered to the seller.

ITEM_SHIPPED

Indicates the return item has been shipped by the buyer.

LESS_THAN_A_FULL_REFUND_ISSUED

Indicates a partial refund was issued by the seller to the buyer.

PARTIAL_REFUND_DECLINED

Indicates the buyer has declined the partial refund amount that the seller has proposed.

PARTIAL_REFUND_FAILED

Indicates the partial refund operation has failed.

PARTIAL_REFUND_INITIATED

Indicates a partial refund has been initiated.

PARTIAL_REFUND_REQUESTED

Indicates a partial refund has been requested.

READY_FOR_SHIPPING

Indicates the return item is ready to be shipped back by the buyer to the seller.

REPLACED

Indicates the buyer has received a replacement item.

REPLACEMENT_CLOSED

Indicates the replacement item has been received and the return request has been closed.

REPLACEMENT_DELIVERED

Indicates the replacement item has been delivered to the buyer.

REPLACEMENT_LABEL_REQUESTED

Indicates the seller has requested a shipping label for the replacement item.

REPLACEMENT_REQUESTED

Indicates the buyer has requested a replacement item.

REPLACEMENT_SHIPPED

Indicates the replacement item has been sent to the buyer.

REPLACEMENT_STARTED

Indicates the process for the seller to send a replacement item to the buyer has started.

REPLACEMENT_WAITING_FOR_RMA

Indicates the seller still needs to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the replacement item.

RETURN_LABEL_REQUESTED

Indicates the buyer has requested a return shipping label.

RETURN_REJECTED

Indicates the seller has rejected the buyer's return request.

RETURN_REQUESTED

Indicates the buyer has requested a return.

RETURN_REQUESTED_TIMEOUT

Indicates the buyer has requested a return, but the system has timed out.

UNKNOWN

Indicates the current status of the return is unknown.

WAITING_FOR_RETURN_LABEL

Indicates the return is currently waiting for a return shipping label to be available.

WAITING_FOR_RMA

Indicates the return is currently waiting for the seller to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the buyer.


eBay Cancel

ebay_cancel Case Status Definitions:

Value

Description

CANCEL_CLOSED_FOR_COMMITMENT

The cancellation request was closed for an order that was not paid for by the buyer.

CANCEL_CLOSED_NO_REFUND

The cancellation request was closed without a refund being issued.

CANCEL_CLOSED_UNKNOWN_REFUND

The cancellation request was closed. The system did not detect a refund, which indicates that any refund was performed offline.

CANCEL_CLOSED_WITH_REFUND

The cancellation request was closed and the system detected a refund.

CANCEL_PENDING

The cancellation is being processed.

CANCEL_REJECTED

The seller rejected the buyer's request to cancel the order.

CANCEL_REQUESTED

The buyer has requested that a particular order be canceled.

INVALID

The cancellation request is not valid.


Other

Case Status Definitions:

Description

CLOSED

Indicates the case is closed.

CS_CLOSED

Indicates customer support has closed the case.

ON_HOLD

Indicates the case is on hold.

OPEN

Indicates the case is open.

OTHER

Indicates the status of the case cannot be determined.

REFUND_AGREED_BUT_FAILED

Indicates the buyer and seller have agreed upon a refund solution, but the refund transaction failed.

WAITING_CS

Indicates the case is waiting on a response from customer support.

WAITING_DELIVERY

Indicates the buyer is awaiting for delivery of the shipped item.
