3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings is the page where you choose how 3Dsellers handles drafts, ended eBay listings and uploaded images (the General tab), and which fees and profit target 3Dsellers uses to suggest a price and show profit (the Pricing & Fees tab). Open it from Listings Manager > Settings in the left menu, set the options you want, and save.
⚠️ Changes on the General tab are saved with Save Changes, and changes on the Pricing & Fees tab are saved with Save All Pricing Settings. The one exception is the Ended Listings options: they take effect the moment you click them, with no save button.

Where do I find Settings in the Listings Manager?
In 3Dsellers, open Listings, then click Settings in the left menu under Listings Manager. The page is titled Settings and has two tabs, General and Pricing & Fees. The page opens on General. The Pricing & Fees tab is for eBay accounts. Check the account shown at the top of the left menu before you change anything.
What do the Draft Listings options do?
In 3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings, the Draft Listings block sits under the line When publishing a Draft. It has three checkboxes. Each one can be turned on or off.
automatically add a Tag with the current date. Adds a tag with the date when you publish a draft.
delete the draft once listed from the editor. Removes the draft after it is published with List Item in the listing editor. Leave it off to keep a backup copy in Drafts.
don't publish it if its SKU is already Active on this account. Stops a draft from going live when an Active listing on the same eBay account already has that SKU. Leave it off if you list the same SKU more than once on purpose.
Where an option has an information icon, hover it to read what it does. Click Save Changes to keep your choice.
What does the delete option change?
The tooltip for delete the draft once listed from the editor says it deletes the draft automatically when you publish with List Item in the listing editor. In the bulk Publish and Schedule dialogs the setting only sets the default, and you can still change it for each publish.
What does the duplicate SKU option change?
The tooltip for don't publish it if its SKU is already Active on this account says it applies to the listing editor, bulk Publish and scheduled publishing. In a bulk publish, each blocked draft is reported with the Item ID of the Active listing, and the other drafts are published. Other connected accounts and other eBay sites (Sell Globally) are not checked.
How do I keep ended listings as drafts?
In 3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings, tick Once a listing has ended, move it to 3Dsellers Drafts. under Ended Listings. The tooltip explains the result: ended listings then appear in both the 3Dsellers Drafts and Ended segments. With the box unticked, ended listings appear only in the Ended segment.
This box saves as soon as you click it. Ticking it creates an automation named Move ended listings to 3Dsellers Drafts. When the box is ticked, a second option Tag to apply (optional): lets you pick or create a tag, for example Auto-ended, so you can filter the drafts this rule creates. Changes to the tag option also take effect straight away.
What does Optimize uploaded images do?
Optimize uploaded images is ticked by default. Its tooltip says that when an image is uploaded to 3Dsellers hosting, 3Dsellers optimizes the image size. Untick it and click Save Changes if you do not want that.
How do I set my eBay fees for price suggestions?
Click the Pricing & Fees tab in 3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings. A blue bar explains that these settings help you calculate a price for each item and give insight into your profits. Then fill in the eBay and PayPal Fees block:
eBay Final Value Fee: enter your percentage. The tooltip says most categories are about 10%, a store is normally 9.15%, and with eBay Managed Payments the average is 12.35%.
Payment Type: choose PayPal or eBay Managed Payments. The form opens on PayPal.
With PayPal, fill in PayPal Fee: (a percentage) and Fixed PayPal Fee: (a fixed amount). With eBay Managed Payments the percentage field is hidden and the fixed field is labelled Fixed eBay Fee:.
Postage Fee: enter what you usually pay to ship an item.
How do I add my own costs?
Under Custom Fees, use Fixed Fee: and Percentage Fee: for costs such as shipping cost, taxes or any other fee you want to include. Click Add Custom Fee, type a title in the Set Title box and click Add to create a named row with its own fixed amount and percentage. The trash button removes a row.
Click Save All Pricing Settings when you finish. It checks that every field has a value and shows Please input value on any that is empty.
How does the profit setting work?
Profit Margin ("Choose your desired profit for each sale") has two boxes: Fixed profit:, an amount, and a percentage. Both are added on top of your wholesale price. In 3Dsellers the percentage is a markup on what the item costs you, not a share of the selling price.
For example, with a Wholesale Price of $50 and a 20% markup, 3Dsellers aims for about $10 of profit, plus your fixed profit if you set one. The Price Suggestion then raises the price so your eBay, payment and custom percentage fees and your fixed amounts are covered as well, so the suggested price is higher than $60.
Because the Price Suggestion adds a few small fixed adjustments, treat it as a starting point. The profit shown can differ slightly from your target.
How do I try a Price Suggestion?
At the bottom of the Pricing & Fees tab, type a cost in Test wholesale price: and click the Price Suggestion button. A panel lists the fees, the wholesale price and the total fees, shows the profit with its percentage margin, and tells you which listing price to set to reach your desired profit. This test does not save anything. The test value is only for trying out your settings.
Where are these pricing settings used?
3Dsellers uses your Pricing & Fees values in these places:
Listings grid, Profit column. For eBay listings it shows the profit and, in brackets, the percentage of the selling price. It subtracts the fees from your Settings and the item's Wholesale Price (shown in the grid as the Cost column) from the price. If an item has no wholesale price, the cost counts as zero. The Profit header tooltip says profit cannot be sorted.
Orders Manager, Profit. The profit shown for an order starts from these settings; see Profit Column & Settings.
To enter what an item cost you, see What is Wholesale Price?. For how the Dashboard shows profit, see How Profit on Dashboard and Listings Is Calculated.
Troubleshooting
My General tab changes were not saved
In 3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings, the General tab needs a click on Save Changes, and the Pricing & Fees tab needs a click on Save All Pricing Settings. Only the Ended Listings options save by themselves.
Save All Pricing Settings shows Please input value
Every fee field must hold a number, even if it is 0. Fill in the empty field and click Save All Pricing Settings again.
My ended listings are not showing in Drafts
Tick Once a listing has ended, move it to 3Dsellers Drafts. in 3Dsellers Listings Manager Settings.
The Profit column does not match my expectation
The Profit column uses the Wholesale Price of the item and the values saved in Pricing & Fees. With no Wholesale Price, only fees are subtracted from the price. Check both, then see What is Wholesale Price?.
