How column settings work in 3Dsellers

You can customize the columns displayed in any of the main tables in 3Dsellers - including the Listings Tool, Catalog, and Orders. To open the column picker, click the table icon in the top right corner of the table.

Your column preferences are saved locally in your browser. This means:

  • Settings are only saved for the specific browser and device you used to set them up

  • They do not sync across devices or browsers

  • If you log in from a different computer, a different browser, or in Incognito/Private mode, your column layout will not be there

Common reasons your settings may appear to reset

  • You are logging in from a different computer or device

  • You switched browsers (e.g. Chrome on one day, Safari or Firefox on another)

  • You are using Incognito or Private browsing mode, which does not save settings between sessions

  • Your browser is set to clear site data on exit

  • A browser extension is clearing your local storage

How to keep your column settings consistent

  • Always use the same browser on the same device when working in 3Dsellers

  • Avoid Incognito/Private mode for regular use

  • If you use multiple devices, you will need to set up your preferred columns on each one separately

Note: Column settings syncing across devices is not currently supported. If this is something you would find useful, feel free to share the feedback with our support team and we will pass it along to the product team.
