Overview
The Remove Products from Catalog bulk action permanently deletes selected product records from the 3Dsellers Product Catalog. This is useful for cleaning up your catalog — removing products that are no longer sold, duplicates, or test entries.
Important: What This Does NOT Do
Removing a product from the 3Dsellers Catalog does NOT end or delete the corresponding listing on your sales channels (eBay, Shopify, etc.). The live listing remains active on the marketplace — only the Catalog record inside 3Dsellers is removed.
If you also want to end the listing on the channel, use the End Listings bulk action first, and then remove the product from the Catalog.
When to Use This
You have duplicate products in the catalog and want to remove the extras
A product range has been discontinued and the listings have already been ended
You imported test or placeholder products that are no longer needed
You want to clean up products that were never properly set up
How to Use It
Go to Products Catalog and select the products you want to remove
Click Bulk Actions → Remove Products from Catalog
Review the confirmation and confirm to permanently remove
Use Case Examples
Example 1: Clean up after a test import
You ran a test import with placeholder data to check the CSV format. After verifying it works, select all the test products and remove them from the catalog in one action.
Example 2: Discontinued product line cleanup
A full product range is discontinued. You've already ended the eBay listings. Now select all the products in that range and remove them from the catalog to keep your workspace clean.
Example 3: Remove duplicates
An import created duplicate products. Use the Duplicate Products filter to find them, select the duplicates, and remove them from the catalog.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Always export a CSV backup before removing large numbers of products, especially if you may need the data later.
