Overview
The Edit Product Tags bulk action lets you add or remove tags across multiple products at once — making it easy to organize, segment, and manage your catalog at scale.
Tags in 3Dsellers are flexible labels you can apply to products. Unlike categories (which assign one value per product), you can apply multiple tags to the same product. Tags are useful for filtering, bulk actions, reporting, and automation triggers.
When to Use This
You want to tag a batch of products for a seasonal campaign (e.g. "Black Friday")
You need to mark products as "Review Needed" or "Price Check" for internal workflows
You want to remove an outdated tag from a large number of products at once
You're preparing a group of products for a bulk listing action and want to tag them first
How to Use It
Go to Products Catalog and select the products you want to update
Click Bulk Actions → Edit Product Tags
Select one or more tags from the dropdown (or type to create new ones)
Choose Add Tags or Remove Tags

Options
Add Tags — Adds the selected tag(s) to all selected products without removing any existing tags
Remove Tags — Removes the selected tag(s) from all selected products, only affecting the tags you specify
Use Case Examples
Example 1: Tag products for a seasonal promotion
You want to run a price change just for your summer products. First, tag all relevant items with "Summer Sale", then filter by that tag and use Edit Product Attributes to adjust prices — without affecting the rest of your catalog.
Example 2: Mark products for review
After a supplier price change, you want to flag 50 products for manual price review. Select them and add the tag "Price Review". Your team can then filter by this tag to work through the list.
Example 3: Remove an outdated campaign tag
A Christmas campaign has ended. Select all products tagged "Christmas 2025" and use Remove Tags to clean up your catalog in one action.
💡 Tags work great in combination with Catalog Segments. Create a segment that filters by a specific tag so you can quickly access that group of products without re-selecting them every time.
