How to Export Bundles to CSV in Bulk (Product Catalog)

Learn how to export bundle product structures and their component SKUs to CSV using the Export Bundles to CSV bulk action.

Written by Karolina Santiago

Overview

The Export Bundles to CSV bulk action is a specialized version of the standard CSV export, scoped specifically to bundle products. It exports the bundle structure — including the bundle's parent SKU and all its component SKUs — so you can review, audit, or edit bundle configurations externally.

When to Use This

  • You want to audit your bundle configurations to make sure all components are correctly assigned

  • You need to share bundle structures with a team member or supplier

  • You're planning to edit bundle compositions in bulk and want a starting file

  • You want a record of all your current bundles and their contents

How to Use It

  1. Go to Products Catalog and select the bundle products you want to export

  2. Click Bulk Actions → Export Bundles to CSV

  3. Select the fields to include or use Add All Fields

  4. Confirm to generate the file

  5. Download the CSV from the Export Files tab when ready

What's Included in the Export

The export includes the bundle's parent product data alongside the component SKUs that make up the bundle — giving you a complete picture of the bundle structure in a single file.

Use Case Examples

Example 1: Audit bundle components

You have 50 bundle products and want to verify all component SKUs are correct. Export all bundles to CSV and review the structure in a spreadsheet — much faster than checking each bundle individually.

Example 2: Documentation for a new team member

A new team member needs to understand how your bundles are structured. Export all bundles and share the CSV as a reference document.

💡 Use this export alongside the standard Export to CSV (for regular products) to create a complete picture of your entire catalog.
