How to Export Products to CSV in Bulk (Product Catalog)

Learn how to export selected products from the Product Catalog to a downloadable CSV file using the Export to CSV bulk action.

Written by Karolina Santiago

Overview

The Export to CSV bulk action lets you export selected products from the 3Dsellers Product Catalog to a downloadable CSV file. You can choose exactly which fields to include in the export.

When to Use This

  • You want to back up or review your product data in a spreadsheet

  • You need to make bulk edits outside of 3Dsellers and re-import the updated file

  • You're sharing product data with a supplier, team member, or external tool

  • You want to audit specific fields (e.g. check all prices or SKUs) across your catalog

How to Use It

  1. Go to Products Catalog and select the products you want to export

  2. Click Bulk Actions → Export to CSV

  3. Select the fields you want to include — or click Add All Fields to include everything

  4. Confirm to generate the file

  5. You'll be redirected to the Export Files tab where you can download the CSV once it's ready

Choosing Fields

You can pick and choose exactly which product attributes to include — keeping your export clean and focused on what you need. For a full list of available fields and their definitions, see the complete CSV fields reference.

Use Case Examples

Example 1: Export for a price review

Select all 500 products in your catalog, export with just the SKU, Title, and Price fields. Open in Excel, review and edit prices, then re-import the updated file to push changes back.

Example 2: Full backup before a major bulk action

Before running a large Find and Replace or category reassignment, export all products with Add All Fields enabled so you have a complete snapshot you can restore from if needed.

Example 3: Share product data with a supplier

Export a specific category of products with Title, SKU, Description, and Image URL fields — then share the CSV directly with your supplier or content team.

💡 After exporting, you can edit the CSV and use the Import CSV feature in the Catalog to push changes back in bulk.
